FSU's class is frickin loaded this year, by the way does anyone think elam looks huge for a safety, but then again he does run like a 4.5 40 or something like that.

Yea I wanted to believe you but it just seemed like we had to miss on a recruit eventually. Just glade he wasnt the one.

Do we know for sure that he is enrolling early at FSU? He had mentioned staying in school an extra semester if he didn't go to UF.

The only thing that scares me with him is that his mother is not happy with him commiting to FSU. She was quoted as to saying she would hope he would go to UF no matter who the coach was lol. Good thing she's not the final say, UF has no real coach, no DC and now their DB coach is gone. But Im not getting my hopes up until his first day at school......

All it is is the only reason Meyer backed out is because he wanted to come and go as he pleased, UF would find another coach and move on, instead, he has 'leave' so they can only have an interm coach, but Elam was leaning away from Uf long before this happened.

Adam Gorney caught up with Matt Elam after practice today. Elam told Gorney that he had a long, emotional conversation with Florida coach Urban Meyer last night. Elam said he doesn't think he can leave Meyer and will most likely make a decision on Saturday at the game. He has not decommitted from Florida State.

Elam said he doesn't think he can leave Meyer and will most likely make a decision on Saturday at the game. He has not decommitted from Florida State.

That's terrible. Meyer has only had the taste of Tebow washed out of his mouth for a coupla days and here he goes again.
