I bet Urban Meyer told him this entire time to lead on all of the other schools and switch to UF (while postponing the press conference) just so he could get back at Kiffin. Actually, it was a three way call between Palardy, Meyer, and Scroggins.

I see what you are saying. Do you remember Courtney Leavitt from Germantown? He was big time in high school and heavily recruited. At one time he owned HS FG records in both TN and South Carolina. Went to USClite and was awful. I mean really awful. He was there during that early holtz stretch when their two kickers combine to miss something like 10 or 12 straight FG's.

HaHa! Courtney Leavitt is on my BBQ cooking team for the Memphis in May BBQ World Championships. He does the greatest Lou Holtz impression you will ever see.....EVER!

I think he partied WAAYYY too hard & never lived up to the hype. Hell of a high school kicker though, & a hell of a guy.
