" Green visited Michigan in early May and loved the school, but prefers to play wide receiver at the college level. "

Hmmm. Visited in May? This kid is so fast that he ran into the next month!

"I'm still wide open, trying to narrow it down some," he said. "I like the Florida schools, Tennessee, Ohio State, Michigan, schools like that."

Per Scout... He says he doesn't have a current leader...

we are in his top 6.

Tennessee: "I think with Coach Kiffin and that group they are bringing a different attitude to that program than they had before. That is what is real good about that. They bring a younger, energetic vibe to the scene. From what I have seen I think they are heading in the right direction, once they add a couple more players in there. I think they are going to have a great year and a good program in the future."

Jeremy Crabtree...

• Tampa (Fla.) Catholic four-star athlete Christian Green has narrowed his list to six schools – Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio State and USF. Green said he hopes to make his decision this summer. Each of those schools except Florida is recruiting him at wide receiver; the Gators are recruiting him as an athlete.

The plan for Christian Green is to make a decision before his senior season starts but his father, Hiram, said that might be difficult because the schools remaining on his son's list all have great things to offer.

Green is expected to have a decision done by the end of summer.
The next step is to figure out which relationship is best and that could go a long way in determining where Green goes to school. Some believe Florida State is the frontrunner but Hiram Green said all the programs still have a shot at landing the 6-foot-2, 200-pound athlete from Tampa Catholic.

Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio State, South Florida and the Seminoles are the six schools Green told Rivals.com are out in front and a late-summer decision is preferable.
