Scalpem - Has Gran signed a contract? The reason I am asking is because I heard Tubs said he could bring Gran and Florida recruiting with him to Texas Tech if he got the head coaching job.

Yes I believe he signed a 2 year contract with us with a couple clauses in it I would have to look it up....I heard he officially arrived today to start setting up our recruiting schedule for next week.

I cant find it right now, I remember reading a while ago though that the clauses in it basically had him locked up for 2 years I believe....Ironically Tubberville was at the UA game and if he comes back will eventually lose him anyway but he's in Tally as of today preparing for our recruiting schedule next week.

Gran has been quoted as saying he would have signed a 10 year contract here... I don't have a link... but i am 95% certain of that....
