Just noticed that Rogers is the only offensive player(wr,rb,te) on Rivals that has all Blue Chip ratings.

Remember Daniel Brooks andhis HS QB. Same deal. The QB never really had a shot to play, but Daniel was of course the typical 5* turned All American. :-D
Anyway, this QB is 4.0GPA, has offers from some good D1 progs, and it will smack our in-state rival down in case his upside turns out to be for real.
Or, this may indicate that we are losing one or more of our QB recruits who are yet to speak out? God forbid it.

Simms and Bray are already enrolled. Bray's family even moved to K'ville. Lamaison is the only other possibility and UT is by far his best option.

Other than he is making a OV here this weekend and we are also recruiting his QB(regardless of if he's pretty good or not, assumably as a package deal) what signs point to him being a Vol?

He's probably referring to the fact that Da'Rick finally agreed to a visit, we offered his QB/friend too, Dooley is Vince's boy, his parents probably like what CDD is all about, Charlie Baggett is our new WR coach, UGA got destroyed by us this year, etc...
