"I talked to Coach Saban this morning and told him I wanted to go to Alabama," said Jawuan James who stands 6-foot-6, 296 pounds. "My recruitment is over. I don't plan to visit anywhere else other than Alabama."

"The environment at Alabama is just unbelievable," said James. "Every time I go down I just feel welcome and I really enjoy spending time with the coaches and players."

Per Rivals... Mark him off the list...

I'll wait to see a pattern before I would claim violations, but it's always a distinct possibility. Now if we have to settle for their leftovers all year, then something's wrong.

New to TOS, but was strolling around this morning and I saw James name metioned a couple of times about UT may be back in the picture. Didn't know if anyone had any info if this was just wishful thinking, plain ole' guessing or if it had any legs. Just wondering?

UT has not stopped recruiting any OL commits. They have stayed on James, Benedict, and Hurst...

"Is there anything to these JaWuan James rumors? – As far as we know here at Crimson Confidential, there is nothing that has been substantiated that has given us any reason to believe that James has wavered from his original commitment to The University of Alabama. Rumors have been circulating throughout Oregon and Georgia sectors that James could possibly be de-committing and heading to a different school. We have been unable to receive comment from James, and his teammate (and another Alabama commit) Austin Sheppard has declined comment on anything regarding James’ commitment status."

I think if he is looking UT will be in the mix.

This staff doesn't give up on kids even after commitments. I think we will see more and more kids decommiting. Some of ours as well. When they commit earlier and earlier the chances increase. I also think you will see more kids wait to sign like Brown did last year. Even though they may be commited they are still being recruited at least the ones UT staff wants are.

Posters on TOS are saying James to Tennessee is already a done deal. Say that our coaches and Bama coaches know....dunno if its true but sounds good.
