I would love for him to talk even more to Marcus Lattimore, and get him to sway towards Tennessee. I doubt he will give us much consideration, with Brown and Oku filling up the freshman backfield needs at the moment. I'm sure he'd prefer to be more of a premiere back. I saw this kid play in a game last year when Byrnes and Dorman met on Thanksgiving weekend for a playoff game--it was insane, and the intensity at that game was something I had never witnessed in a high school game. It was ridiculous though b/c both were good teams, but Lattimore ended up carrying for something like 296 yards or something. It would truly be great if this James kid could bring a couple friends...

sorry, but yes, you are.....we can NEVER have too many quality OL, it is one of the highest risk of injury positions

Lattimore cut UT off his list several months ago.

I saw this the other week and I was excited....to much depth in Alabama and he thinks he wont get to play. Some kid with the last name Sims...and no not the QB but another guy is about to decomit from them as well

Yeah, but if you are looking at a school as a high school athlete and you already see 3 OTs commiting are you going to commit to that school or go to another school where they don't have that many players in your position on board yet? I know the more OL the better. I'm just saying that you still are only going to get so many. 10 OL players are not going to commit to the same school. I guess I'm selfish and just want the best.

He has posted several interviews that all state the same thing as the video. Again it was a rumor.

I think the one that it humerous for me was the link posted for an article by the VN writer that was positive he was looking. I love the quote where there is smoke there is fire. The problem was there was no smoke. Maybe they looked out their window and mistaken the fog for smoke or maybe that VN writer is from LA.

IMO the article should have never been written... Even if the guy felt confident in his source, being wrong about it (and it looks as though he was) hurts credibility a lot.

JMO, not a flame to the guy that wrote the article or freak or any of the other writers.

Nature of the beast. He ain't the first to go out on a limb, and won't be the last.

Big points if he had been right. Its a gamble that some take.

I think writers do go out on a limb to help earn them self some respect. Some times it pays off, and sometimes it does not. So I not flaming him, but it is a gamble.

But as I said earlier though anything can happen untill NSD or January when mid season enrollees sign or show up. No player is a lock until then.
