Here we go the UT faithful thinks I as a UA supporter is mad we lost one. Oh my God give me a tissue. It is fans like this that loose the respect of others. If you ever take the time to read any of my post on here I have always said players come and go and it is part of the big picture.

Now to the yahoos on here please show me where I said we didn't want him, he was an issue because grades, or that he was a trouble maker. Please do show me that. I said their were rumors, which were around a couple of weeks ago about this and some other players. The two rumors regarding J James were that he was looking elsewhere because he wanted early play time and that since DJ Fluker one of the top OT in the 2009 class at LT is playing 3rd string RT that would make sense. The other rumor was that Saban was trying to get him to another conference and decommit. Actual I belive that was on this site I saw that. The other rumors really not relating to J James is a number crunch issue in spots left. It was rumored that we might loose him and someone else because supposedly one or two players we did not think we were in the running for are now interested in UA. This does not mean we are getting anybody, but it does fit the bill of the rumors.

Also I hate to break it to all the UT fans one player will not break our class this year or two. The fact is we have depth once again and we will get a full class of players we want. That is why we recruit so many not just 25. If he goes to UT I hope he has a great career, because in the end like in another post of mine I only want players that want to play a UA 100%. nothing short of that. So again I could care less, but I did want him at UA, but another spot is now open. So I am not upset that he decommited because I am confident we will be allright.

I think the one that it humerous for me was the link posted for an article by the VN writer that was positive he was looking. I love the quote where there is smoke there is fire. The problem was there was no smoke. Maybe they looked out their window and mistaken the fog for smoke or maybe that VN writer is from LA.

I never said it wasn't true, I just said it looked as though it wasn't true, and for a time it looked like it wasn't, which I'm sure a lot of people would agree with me on.

That article got posted, and a few days later Jawuan did a video interview where he said he was still solidly committed to Alabama and not looking. I chose to think the kid was not lying.

Props to you and your staff for having the gonads to post it.

I think for the most part UT posters are just ribbing you and other Bama posters a little. I wouldn't get to worked up over it. The Tncrimson dude gets on my nerves but rival fan posters like yourself are always welcome as far as I'm concerned as long as things stay civil.

I just don't appreciate when people make an assumption about me because I am a rival fan. So if I sounded angry, it was meant to be more agitated with the remark towards me and again I am not upset/angry in regards to the remarks or J James decommiting.

Very simple J James is a very good player. If he goes to UT or some other schools where the OLine has openings he will get a chance to start as a true freshman. He is that good. Playing time will always be a huge factor for recruits.

you think a father will look like a fool because his 17 year old son changes his mind? hardly. actually the rumor is that they are waiting till close to signing day to decommit so they wont have to endure the bama hate train, that will surely commence afterwards, as long.

Actually in all honesty the TNCrimson guy gets on my nerves to, but we all have those fans. It is alright to have the diehards with their school shades on.

supposedly saban is lying to him by saying he will play qb, but CLK shot him straight telling him that he wont be a qb at this level, but he could be an all sec wr. Sims supposedly really appreciated the truth and lined up at wr during our camp with great success.

You get defensive about it but whats the point of saying what you did then get upset when you get called on it? You are one of the few reasonable non UT posters but that doesnt give you a pass when making that kind of remark.

Actually this one I can rebute about him playing at QB for UA. If he comes to UA he will play DB and might get a shot at WR, but he will never be a QB unless he lines up in the wildcat formation. He is another player concerned about playing time I think. Since he is the fourth player that is listed for us as a DB for the 2010 class and it looks like we are taking 1 more I could see him looking elsewhere for playing time. But that is specualtion on my part and nothing more.

JuWuan James himself said the same thing last week. That should tell you something. Sims is definitely, 100% interested in what UT has to offer. Where he ends up a Vol or not, I don't know. But he is interested...

I really like you as a poster.

I think Stone could easily be Bama bound. I wish you guys would take Morgan Moses instead, I think Saban likes giants more than Kiffin who seems to only want giants he thinks are quick.

Saban can be mocked for being a midget and a liar but he cannot be mocked as a recruiter.

As much as TN fans are supposed to hate Bama, my little brother and I have always respected Bama. In bad years you had no bandwagon fans but you has still plenty of fan support and it was knowledgeable fans.

As a TN fan I could never mock you guys for being too redneck, and we both can laugh at Starkville if we need to look down on someone.

Phyliss from Mulga saying she wants to bite Coach Fran is the best sports rant from a fan I have ever heard (best rant ever is the Michigan State radio guy meltdown).

Anyway, thanks for posting, glad you are here. The only school in the conference with more tradition than us, I hope you guys continue to do well, but lose every third Saturday in October.

P.S. I think Freddie Kitchens was the worst QB I have ever watched in person. He made Cox and Crompton last year look awesome.
