M.L. King junior tailback Mack Brown received an offer from Tennessee.

The 5-foot-11, 185-pound tailback now has offers from nearly every SEC school. Georgia and Georgia Tech have already offered him as well. Alabama and Auburn offered earlier this week.

Despite rumors that he is leaning towards Florida, Brown said there is no clear favorite. "I'm going to make all my visits first," he said.

New article up at SC Rivals---

"I liked the facilities a lot. Their field is off the chain. The football stadium was real nice."

I'm pretty sure I know a school 263 miles northwest of Columbia with better facilities and a much better stadium. Prepare to be impressed, Mr. Brown.

I heard they got an "All Star coaching staff" and one of their coaches is a crazy Cajan!:)

M.L. King's Mack Brown, who is considered one of the nation's top tailbacks for 2010, said he smiled after hearing his evaluation from UGA coach Mark Richt.

"Coach Richt said 'Mack, you're a helluva' back'...I was laughing," Brown said. "That meant a lot to me."

Brown is one of the state's leaders in early scholarship offers with 15, including Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia Tech. He also had a recent conversation with Tech coach Paul Johnson.

Richt immediately went to his pastor and confessed belligerently and proceeded to punish himself by wearing a barbed wired belt.

Brown had hinted that Florida was an early leader but now claims no favorites. He has nearly 20 early offers, with Ole Miss and Rutgers being the latest schools.
“I’ve been wearing 33 since I was five years old,” Brown said. “Every time I get offered by a school, I ask that coach about 33 to see if it’s available.”

You can't even count. Eric has been at UT 2 years.

Easy to lose track when you kick so much ass.

I miscounted oh no. Doesn't take away from the fact that UT hasn't beaten Florida since Tim Tebow got here and UT hasn't beaten Florida since Eric Berry got there.

And if I get bashed for flaming, keep in mind that someone else started this ;)

Wait 'til your surprise this year buddy. I mean we stole two guys you already had locked up, just wait until we start beating you guys on AND off the field.

Does that change the fact that Berry took a Tebow pass into the endzone? He can't play all 24 positions.

I've gotten so many laughs at you Tennessee fans on your high horse. Jawanza Starling is worthless, in case you haven't noticed, Florida already has 4 better DB's in this class and Jaylen Watkins will make one more.

Congrats you got Nu'Keese Richardson who was afraid of competing for his spot. I'll take Andre Debose who expects to be a major player in the National Championship in his freshman year.

I'm also willing to make the bet that Debose's freshman season is statistically superior to Bryce Brown's freshman season
