Stop worrying, this guy is going to be very good for us.
Just need to coach him up. He has a lot of potential.

I really like Sapp. Don't let the stars fool you. He has tremendous upside. And remember this, he wants to be a VOL.

That goes a long way in my book.

With a little coaching he"ll be fine. He went to Valdosta. Last time I checked they werent a bad program.

Taking his letter this early in the day sends signals that there aren't going to be many if any favorable surprises for the Vols later today.

Still can't believe we actually signed this kid, this is horrible i mean were not gonna have room for Stone and Rogers and Robinson at the rate were going!

No, we have room for those guys even with the pick ups of Sapp and (possibly) Crump. But, Stone, Rogers, and Robinson would basically fill us up after those guys. That just means that we almost certainly won't be picking up many (if any) surprise commitments from some of the DTs and OLs we had hoped we might get lucky with.

We can only enroll 27 kids i don't see how we will have room for everybody i just don't see why we would take a commitment from Sapp completely ruins my morning :banghead2:

We are going to likely lose several guys (and the coaches know who), such as Williams. We will also likely have a few sign and place (and the coaches know who those are), which means we can sign over the number we can enroll. Da'rick Rogers is probably a sign and place.

This just means that we won't be filling those spots with higher-touted prospects ... which we basically expected (Chaz Green seemed out, Quarles was a very long long-shot, etc.).

Has anyone heard any recent news on this kid? Has he been told to try to bulk up for the fall to play LB? Will he stay at safety? One of the more intriguing prospects we signed imo. Hope he out-performs his recruiting rankings...

Good size and speed. Came from a talented region. I'm excited about this kid too. I'm excited about the '10 class in general.

Everytime I mention this kid to a buddy of mine I catch hell from him. I think if not this fall he will get some major pt in '11. Even if thats at linebacker.
