The way Ambles worded it in his interview on Scout it really sounds like the first school out of the 3 (UT, unc, and that school in los angeles) that he thinks of when he wakes up wednesday is where he will go.

I would never claim to understand an 18 year old brain (I'm taking neuroscience to try) but I think we're strong contenders with both of these guys. At this point I think I would be disappointed if both choose other schools and ecstatic if they both choose TN!

If you are taking a neuroscience class, they should have mentioned that at 18, the prefrontal cortex, the area responsible for planning and understanding consequences is not fully developed. This part of the brain isn't fully developed until 22-24, which explains the actions of not only recruits, but some members of our teams.

What's $%^&*('s excuse? Isn't he like 33-34?

If we lose both Ambles and Rogers this site is going to shut down.

Lol! I was just thinking the same thing. I cannot imagine how this site is going to be functional on NSD. When all of the Lane Kiffin drama was going on it took literally like 20 minutes to get the site up it was overloaded. The server was barely responding. I probably wont even attempt to get on this site. Oh who am I kidding. I aint sleeping tomorrow night I promise you that!

I'm almost dreading NSD as I won't be able to get on this site whatsoever. It's gonna be crazy!

If it makes you feel any better, since they had the overload due to the coaching change, they have upgraded their servers, and will be able to handle a ton more traffic at any given moment

per ESPN

Markeith Ambles, WR, McDonough, Ga./Henry County
Player rank (position rank): 23 (4)
Ambles backed out of a commitment to Tennessee after head coach Lane Kiffin departed for USC. The Trojans are now heavily involved and it's expected that he will join perhaps the top class of receivers in the country in Los Angeles. But don't count out surging North Carolina or even the Vols when all is said and done.
Projection: USC | Confidence:Medium

I predict ESPN is wrong.

Yeah nobody has any idea what Ambles is going to do. Mike Farrell from Rivals, said that it is down to UT and UNC, and that USC is out bc it's too far away and they already have depth at WR

Markeith was not overly happy about how UT fans treated him when he de-committed and took an OV to USC. He made this clear to the staff, but he also made it clear he still loves Tennessee. There's a small chance he'll wait to sign at some point after signing day.

V,B!

espn is a joke if you are ohio st and usc you are the gods of football but still yet they dont wear the big boy pants and play in the SEC which wins the NC every year

TheDooley- What does your gut tell you about Ambles and Rogers?

So what you are saying is Big Orange Bo is the reason Markeith Ambles might not come to UT? Thanks a lot Bo.

i really think ambles feels most comfortable at UT. he seen that we signed hunter to replace him and were very close to gettin rogers. i think he kind of got jealous and realizes UT is the place to be. ambles appears to be what Gerald Jones was hyped up to be.

fyp :)

this area of the brain also deteriorates with age and helps explain the behavior of some older individuals.

If we could get one of them that would be great....both of them would be, well lekker.

But I think Rogers goes to UGA...who knows about Ambles.
