Anybody else feeling that rivals is missing the boat in the rankings with the new updates and still having O.C. Brown ahead of Fulton, and Michael Taylor as still 3 stars, and now this with Harris?????

Diggin Scout a lot more this year regarding ranking accuracy.

Scout has Bray as a 3-star. Seeing how important recruiting a QB is, I'm not really digging Scout.

That's always a possibility with these big guys, but I think he would a great fit as a two gap NT.

I saw our ranking dropped on Scout and we also only had 22 commits. Compared the list to Rivals and Harris isn't there.

I think Scout made a mistake because his profile page had zero offers, and no interest in all schools. Unless he is now officially ineligible, but I haven't seen anything concerning that.

He was scratched from the commit list because he isn't going to make the grades to qualify according to James Bryant.

Yeah, Harris is going to have a hard time getting in anywhere.

He's no longer considered a commit.

We replaced him with Calvin Smith.

I did the same thing and his Scout prrofile was confusing. This is a big loss if he really can't qualify. Calvin Smith doesn't really replace him because Harris was ready to play right away.

I'll go with my opinion on that over yours.

The only thing that would hold Smith back is gaining some weight. The thing holding Pat Harris back is grades and not qualifying. So, really, Pat Harris was never ready to play right away.

He may end up getting in at Idaho or a PAC 10 school with more lax academic transfer rules. Otherwise, he's not ready to play anywhere right now.

You work hard/don't work hard

FWIW, Harris' name doesn't appear anywhere in Chabot's official stats so he apparently didn't play at all this season.
