I think it does. Just a hunch, but that is maybe why he backed out of his commitment and was now able to commit again.

Some of these JuCo guys are going to be hard to get admitted. So you can oversign in JuCo like you wouldn't if these guys were coming out of high school. From what I've been reading only a few of this crop of JuCo players are going to have any trouble getting in. You can always grey shirt a JUCo and they still have 2 to play 2.

that is just the top 5 commits. since they havent been rated by rivals, they are 0 stars, and therefore at the bottom of the list. but if you click on tennessee commits, they are all still there

They are listed just not on the initial page of commitments. To see the JC commitments you have to click on view all commitments. I think this has something to do with the JC players not being ranked by rivals yet. Recently commitments went from being sorted alphabetically to being sorted by stars

Listed as 3 star (5.7) on Rivals.

Anyone know how he did this past weekend?

Anybody else feeling that rivals is missing the boat in the rankings with the new updates and still having O.C. Brown ahead of Fulton, and Michael Taylor as still 3 stars, and now this with Harris?????

Diggin Scout a lot more this year regarding ranking accuracy.
