'10 JUCO CB Dequan Menzie

don't worry about him not committing yet. if anything i think it shows maturity on his part to listen to his mom and take some time making the right decision. vol lock.

Every expert Ive seen talk about Menzie has said he can go anywhere in the SEC and contribute if not start right away. That he is one of the best corners in the nation including HS kids. UT would absolutely love to snag him.

Looks a little skinny if you ask me. His forearms are like little twigs and his biceps look like jello. probably overrated...

Had an SEC asst coach tell me is the best JUCO DB prospect he's seen in years.

I don't believe Menzie is an EE I don't think he graduates till May, maybe thats why he is taking his time deciding.

too slow twitch.

hips too stiff.

(not serious)

I know after his visit he really liked it and wanted to commit on the spot, but decided to go home and talk with his family. Does anyone know what the hold up is? Any chance the family doesn't want him to come here or is he just taking his time to make sure its the right choice?

His Mom wanted him to slow down the process a bit and not rush into such a big decision

I sure hope his level of excitement from his visit is not fading. The way he was talking makes me pretty confident but a solid verbal V,B would be nice. :crossfingers:
