He was quoted by saying that HE calls UT coaches every other week. Most ppl think we are a lock to make his top 5. IMO he is our #1 recruit. Hands down.

Idk for sure. I am stoked that we are in this. I knew we were pushing for him, but nothing like this.

5150, we got the #1 recruit this year, and have next year's #1 visiting...blame it on kiffin. He's bush league, no doubt

I dont really know how much of a shot we have at him. He is going to have to visit first. He is from Minnesota and the other players for him are Mich, ND, Minnesota and USC. So i think USC and us have to get him on campus first and really see if he is willing to travel.

It makes since that he would come to UT. Why would the best O - Lineman not want to come block for Bryce Brown?

I agree with previous posts. This guy should be priority #1. fellow members of the nation may say a qb is more important. However, i say you get a plumb qb when you have great ol to make him look good.

Getting Henderson would very much be the equivalent of drafting Orlando Pace. This guy would anchor our OL and he's a guy that can contribute early.

Sab, you took the words right out of my mouth. Everybody keeps comparing him to Andre Smith. Orlando Pace was the first name that popped in my head when I watched him. Let's get that rock ready to be painted once again...

Man by far this is the kid I want. He is a three/four year starter and a top five pick to be. (Asuming he is academically eligible and is a good kid.) I really wish to have this kid. If he shows interest, who knows, that may encourage qbs to look at something else.

bah! Hes not that good. Hes been overhyped. He plays in Minn, so you know he isnt playing against much in the way of talent. Hes got lots of baggage. I hear he has a real attitude problem. He also has a terrible case of ringworm and jock itch. We dont need him anyway.


Just wanted to get all of those obligatory negative posts out of the way.

Seriously though, he looks good in run blocking and really good in pass blocking. Seems to have good enough quickness that no one is going to get around him with a speed rush. He looks really good.

this would be a huge pickup. We need to get more guys like this to take visits to the hill. a guy doesnt have to be a great qb if he is playing behind a great line. the battle in the trenches is usually where the games are decided
