Bret Bielema isn't even on the list...and Brady Hoke should be #1 IMO.

Dooley hired his new defensive staff in year 3.

He chose to go get a 3-4 guy for his DC even though he had a roster full of 4-3 players.

He must have been waaaay too smart for all of us dumba$$ Vol fans.

He took the fastest path to $5 million

The crazy part of switching to a 3-4 Defense what the 4-3 Defense was keeping UT in games the year before...all they needed was some offense.

Dooley made the same mistake on Defense as Fulmer made on Offense...You don't revamp your entire style of play without the right players when you are on the hot seat.
