That's pretty vague. It's also weak. Not sure why you would post that without some sort of confirmation. That's how rumors get started.

It was already a rumor I had heard from numerous places. When my boss told me it he said it was from an OU site and I didn't ask questions. What we're not allowed to post rumors in player threads anymore? :)

It would have been better probably if you labeled it as a rumor. You had me, at least, going to various OU websites trying to find an article when it was most likely something someone said on a message board. I know you said most likely BS, but the rest made it sound like it came from somewhere reliable. Maybe it's just me. I'm the only one that seemed to complain about it. :)

That's just not the sort of stuff I usually post is all.

anyways i was talking to a player from our scout team (vol squad) , said that gearld jones told him he thinks cobbs is all vol, and that would mean alot coming from a guy from the same state.

I saw this posted on the Rivals mainboard yesterday. That is where it was started, not on an Oklahoma site. The rumor is entirely, 100% FALSE. The guy from OU was just trying to make the Vols mad. The other OU guys knew he was lying. I don't know how anyone could read that thread and think it was legit...

All the OU fans said as much.
