Technically, he is listed as an "Athlete" which is usually the tag the put on cats who are running QB's who possess the skills to translate to a different position in college due to not having excellent passing skills. He played QB last year, and maybe this year.

What I was afraid of was that the vol nation thought that THIS year would be our year. Well its not. Though we have talent its not to the level that the Vols want and need. With last years class and with 2010 looking to be a top 5 class we are turning the corner to become the might vols again. The fans just need to understand we are rebuilding.

i would feel alot better if we could land another QB tyler bray is going to be good but i think he is a project. he need sto put on weight and have some time to grown into his body. jessie scroggins would be nice and then we could redshirt bray..

By the end of the year Bray will be a top 3 QB. He has all the tools and will be another one of the vol greats. 1 great QB per class. We have Bray for 2010 now sign one for 2011. Scroggins needs to just sit the bench for the next 3 years. He doesn't want to be a vol so I don't want him.

Sounds like a good kid. Yea he will get more comfortable in front of the camera as time goes on. In all honesty that is a really uncomfortable setting for anyone. Those studios blast you with bright focal lights and there are multiple giant cameras and you become lost in the environment. I would be terrified if I was in his shoes.

I was hoping he would commit soon. I'm glad he decided to be a VOL instead of a Trojan.

Agree on this. The Scroggins ship has sailed and I hope he enjoys watching the phenom at USC. Bray is the Vol.

I don't know about Lattimore I haven't really benn following him very much but I think Bennard might be a good possibility for the VOLS.

This is crazy. I wanted nothing to do with football for a couple days so I didn't watch much NFL and I avoided sports board shortly after the loss. Now I come back to this, wow. Maybe I should leave more often. You follow the boards everyday only to see no news. You leave for one day and bam, three recruits. Bring on the offensive line and defensive backs. Any chance Meline or Cobbs is moved to defense with all of the receivers and lack of db's in this class? Meline said he'd rather play defense.
