We had arguably the best o-line in the country last year, and all 5 starters returned for this year. The difference was the OC.
But on the other hand I completely agree that he should be our #1 priority at this point.
I don't see why Moses couldn't play defense. He is 6-7 347lbs., but runs a 5.2. I saw a video on Rivals from a camp and they said he has extremely quick feet for a big guy. Terrence Cody at Alabama is around 6-5 395lbs and he apparently runs a 5.5. He is a really good DT, IMO. Could Moses be used as a DT?
Wow i dont know if anyone else has seen it but on Rivals there is a new AMP video and it has Moses going agains Okafor and some other top DEs and he is getting RIPPED bad. He does not look like the #1 OT in the country in that video at all. He looks slow and terrible footwork.
I haven't seen the videos, but everything I've heard about Moses so far has said he's had his way with Okafor a majority of the time.
Time to develop is not what the top OT supposedly in the country needs. And it doesnt matter if hes the best run blocker in the nation unless hes going to Georgia Tech. That video was terrible. I am not going to base his future off a few clips but i am not impressed at all with it. And he better get used to going against top DEs because if he comes to the SEC hes going to get some poor QB killed.
I'll take him. You have to be legally insane to not want this kid.
Didnt take long for Oher or Andre Smith to make an impact as true freshmen. When i see Number 1 OT in the country[/] I expect to see someone who should be able to compete right away. I didnt see that in those videos.
