'10 PREP OL Morgan Moses

We had arguably the best o-line in the country last year, and all 5 starters returned for this year. The difference was the OC.
But on the other hand I completely agree that he should be our #1 priority at this point.

Anyone that was arguing that Tennessee had the best OL last year should stick to watching and cheering and steer far far away from commentary.

I don't see why Moses couldn't play defense. He is 6-7 347lbs., but runs a 5.2. I saw a video on Rivals from a camp and they said he has extremely quick feet for a big guy. Terrence Cody at Alabama is around 6-5 395lbs and he apparently runs a 5.5. He is a really good DT, IMO. Could Moses be used as a DT?

Hey man we need him on the OL. Its too easy to cut tall DTs down to size.

I agree, we need him on th OL. He will be a great one too. However, the way he dogs people on the field I can help but think he would be a great DT as well.

Moses probably taking an official visit to UNC in January.

"Moses says UNC, Ohio State, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech are recruiting him the hardest.

Despite rumors suggesting otherwise, Moses says he is on track to qualify."

Wow i dont know if anyone else has seen it but on Rivals there is a new AMP video and it has Moses going agains Okafor and some other top DEs and he is getting RIPPED bad. He does not look like the #1 OT in the country in that video at all. He looks slow and terrible footwork.

I haven't seen the videos, but everything I've heard about Moses so far has said he's had his way with Okafor a majority of the time.

Time to develop is not what the top OT supposedly in the country needs. And it doesnt matter if hes the best run blocker in the nation unless hes going to Georgia Tech. That video was terrible. I am not going to base his future off a few clips but i am not impressed at all with it. And he better get used to going against top DEs because if he comes to the SEC hes going to get some poor QB killed.

Maybe he was tired when they were filming but just goto volquest main page its on there and you will not be impressed i promise. He didnt stop a single rush that they filmed but its possible thats 5 plays out of 100 and he won the others but watching his feet and balance in those scares the hell out of me.

I'll take him. You have to be legally insane to not want this kid.

OL usually take a year before they make an impact on the college level.

Didnt take long for Oher or Andre Smith to make an impact as true freshmen. When i see Number 1 OT in the country I expect to see someone who should be able to compete right away. I didnt see that in those videos.

Didnt say i didnt want him but from that video hes not the #1 OT, the other kid was handling Okafor with ease. I just hope he was tired or not trying.

You cant tell me if that was the only video you had seen of him or knew about him you would think hes a big time prospect.

Watch the video, take his name off of it and then you will see what i am saying.

those 2 are also some of the best OL to come from the SEC in the last decade. It's pretty rare for Frosh OL to come in and dominate.
