'10 PREP OL Morgan Moses

While that's probably the case w/ Jose Jose, I'm not sure I'd throw Morgan Moses in the same category of just having "baby fat" or being overweight to the extent that he just need a summer w/ our S&C. It may be just me but I am suspicious of Moses being lazy. I've heard it before from others and I see too many warning signs not to be skeptical of the guy, all-world talent or not.

I dont think you will see very many reports of "lazy" players with this staff. It was always a problem with Fulmers players but this staff wont allow it and will cut any dead weight. So if Moses comes in with that problem hes either gonna lose it or he will be gone. If hes that good with those problems and that much weight imagine how good he can be with a new attitude and work ethic?

That's been a concern since last NSD.

Groh can only sell Da'Brickasaw Ferguson for so long before he has to reproduce that magic. I'm not really sure though that DF has done much in the league at this point. I don't follow the Jets though.

D'Brick's coming along. He struggled for a while, but there's a lot to like. He's still very young, big frame, long arms, strong as hell, quick...fast twitch....he's going to be a good one for a long time.

Groh can't impact Brick's level of play in the League...all he can do is help a player position himself in the draft. And, I'm sure he's selling Moses on the promise that he can position him for a deal similar to the $35 million contract he signed with the J-E-T-S.

Groh is gone at the end of the season no matter what happens. BOOK IT! Moses will go elsewhere. Hopefully not here. He is lazy and is in no way ready for the SEC talent that he would have to face week in week out.

Dont count him gone yet. They had won 3 straight befor GT this week. I think he will be gone, but i wouldnt book it yet.

Anyone else hearing we're possibly getting a commit from Moses? Stability at UVA was an issue, apparently we were leading and he may change soon....

I can't tell what the consensus is, if there is one. Does CLK even want him? People are saying lazy/soft...but with the dearth of OL, what can one more hurt? If he's that lazy/soft he wont make it and his scholly will open up in 2 years.

Outdoors, I believe he has 3 years to play 3 because he went to Hargrave.

The lazy soft consensus was certainly there in HS, but no one who I know of has talked to Cregg post bye week evaluation. If he is still on the board he must have shown him something. There is a reason he was considered an elite prospect! Latrell Scott is an assistant at UVA who will be looking for work soon probably. He has a great relationship with Morgan Moses and may bring him along to his new job and use that fact in part to get rehired quickly.

Hubbs had said earlier there wasn't alot of interest .... I don't know if that was before CMG evaluated the kid in person or after.....

I don't think we are going to hear alot from Olinemen till Green picks what he wants to do.... JMO....

Saw Big mo The other night at a HS game and he looked good. Looked as though he lost some weight. Maybe he has seen the light! I asked him about UT and he said he was seriously thinkin about them.
