'10 RB Marcus Lattimore

I say the lock the thread and get thrown in the dog house

Because it's an idiotic statement. Plus, the mods here are perfectly capable of making that decision on their own. They don't need some snotty-nosed 15 year old to instruct them how to do their jobs. (which they are well-compensated for:))

I've not seen anything saying he dropped us. Kind of interesting since he has been talking so highly about UT to his teammates, some of which are going to visit. Just because we signed a top RB doesn't mean we can't land more. Just look at the past few USC backfields. They don't rebuild, they reload.

It's not idiotic I don't see why we should keep a thread open when we are no longer be considered. Oh well I am not going to get into this any more and shut up. Just hope he doesn't go to USCjr

That's how you handle tafka guys.

chavis has nothing on me. I was just acting a fool. In other news.

ESPNU 150 Watch List running back Marcus Lattimore is currently holding 22 scholarship offers but named his top 10 for affiliate Web site TotalUGA.com.

Lattimore listed Georgia, Florida State, LSU, Auburn, South Carolina, Clemson, Maryland, North Carolina, Michigan and Duke.

And I pay absolutely no attention to what ESPN says about recruiting. They are the absolute worse source for that. He's still listed on Rivals as a UT recruit, though he lists 13 teams.

You think they are the worst? I think Scout is.

Rivals
ESPN
Scout

espn. scout is pretty good on there player evals. but not ranking them. they give waaaay too many 5 stars out

Listen, he HAS NOT dropped us. A member of his family called the UT staff last week saying the Bryce Brown commit has not affected anything for him and that he was still interested in UT....

I would rank ESPN ahead of Scout as well -- last year at least. I think they may have passed Scout up for second place.

Listen, he HAS NOT dropped us.

Lattimore listed Georgia, Florida State, LSU, Auburn, South Carolina, Clemson, Maryland, North Carolina, Michigan and Duke.

The Byrnes standout originally included Tennessee in the group, but then replaced the Vols with the Blue Devils.

New article up.

Says he's pushing his announcement back to signing day.

Which seven schools does the nation's No. 4 overall recruit favor now?

"LSU, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Clemson, Duke and Georgia," he listed.

Tennessee – "Their staff has a lot of energy. Coach (Lane) Kiffin is fun to be around. They had the whole day set up for me when I went there. They have the best facilities I've seen so far and I love how they have 100,000 fans there for their games."
