Ajiboye, Matthews, and Geathers are definite future NFL draft picks and considering the depth issue we have a DT I think SC is a great choice for him.

You know...you're blatant refusal to look at the facts and only focus on things that spin USCjr in a positive light is laughable...

Right now:

USClite - 4 four star commits
UT - 13 four star commits and counting

It would take a complete collapse for us to finish outside the top 10

It will take a miracle for you all to finish in the top 20

Keep hanging your hat on Quarles...you all are going to get him...and in the mean time we will land at least 6 more 4*'s and possibly a 5* or two and finish in the top 5

This is really getting stupid. I think everyone is well aware that Kelcy if it was 100% his decision would have been a Vol months ago but his dad has played a major role in his decision and I just dont see him going against his dad especially this late in the game.

He will end up a Cock and we will have to deal with it / him. The team may suck but he will still most likely have a very solid career. I get sick and tired of people saying these kids going somewhere else are throwing their career away. They dont have to come to UT to have a stellar career. Hell how many people have we really sent on to the next level in recent years? TBH SC has probably put as many if not more people into the NFL the past few years than UT.

Any time a recruit says he will "shock the world" with his decision on NSD, you can rest assured he will pick the most obvious school. To even think the "world" is paying attention to your recruiting situation is a little weird too.

Is it weird or is it just a byproduct of certain media and fans hanging on the every word of a 17 year old kid for a year plus?

Some of these kids are well grounded and others let it go to their head...but they're all just kids...

I've found myself getting upset over the actions of some recruits over the past few years....so I'm trying a new approach of "if you want to come here great...if not good luck" and then just let it go...

But like yourself I do get annoyed with the grand whoopla some of these kids make out of their recruitment and announcement

Where in this thread do I refuse to look at the facts? And what facts are we talking about? I've been about as unbiased as possible so I don't know where you're coming from. Half the responses I get on volnation are vol fans bragging about you're class. I don't care where yall rank in recruiting. That's not where the game is won. Our coaches feel confident about this class and that's all that really matters.

I'm talking in general about your posting history...

The way you cherry pick which posts you respond to...the way you ignore points of view that don't line up well for USClite and focus on the one thing in a given thread that may paint a decent picture for your team...

In this particular thread your only response has been to pretend that Quarles being a USClite lock (which is due in large part to his dad refusing to let him take a serious look at UT) is a sign that USClite is on its way to relevancy...which I might add is similar to some things you were claiming this time last year...how did those predictions work out for you based on this years results?

You claiming to be unbiased after the crap you've posted on here over the past year is as funny as it gets...

And as far as the 2nd bolded comment goes...tell that to Texas, USC (the real one I mean), Florida, Bama, Ohio St., Oklahoma, etc.

You'll find most of those teams in the top 5 of both the final AP/USA Today polls and the final recruiting rankings year in and year out....it's no coincidence

You better care where Tenn ranks. It shows that Tenn is bringing in much more talent than USCjr. Fulmer had some bad classes near the end and it has showed. When he did bring in the talent, they couldn't coach them up. Lane and staff have proven they can coach players up. Superior talent and a coaching staff that can get the most out of their players equals more wins and championships. It is what it is.
