What are you hearing that makes you think that about Hinder, droski? Not saying it's not true, just wondering what the word is.

Hinder is on the Vols' short list of QB's to evaluate and I think they could go after him if for some reason we don't get Heaps or Scroggins.

word is that tedford is going hard after hinder and heaps and has basically told either that if one commits the other will stop being recruited. most people think tedford would rather have heaps, but rumor is hinder is close to commiting. his official visit is this week or next. i think hinder's coach is a good friend of tedfords or something.

I was checking the QB's over at rivals and from the looks of it, Alabama has offered almost every top QB in the rankings....Unreal...I look for UT and We are only mentioned on a couple...No offers to Montana or Hinder...Starting to get a bit worried....Hope We land Heaps or Scroggins as it's going to get really stressful.

There are other QBs that are just now starting popping up on the college radars and starting to get some attention. I am sure there will be more to come

Why would a coach offer a kid that wouldn't get a lot of playing time?

If you offer 4 QBs and they all committ, what do you do then? It's a waste of a scholarship.

That's the way I look at it.

True but you have to have backups as well and those most of the time sit and wait until they get their chance or someone gets hurt...Always good to have a backup plan...I agree there will be more popping up on the radar as the season starts up....But are Kiffin and company REALLY that sold that We will land one of these guys?...Because if We don't We are in trouble with the remaining ones since We showed them no attention to begin with....Just a view point.

I don't even know why I even take the time to respond to the idiot. He knows nothing about football or sports in general and just runs his mouth so he really isn't relevant to any conversation. I've had him on ignore for more than 5 months and he STILL responds. He even had me turned in to the MOD's once and got me a violation because I hurt his wittle feelings. Nothing more needs to be said...Now back to the original thread topic. :good!:

The coaches must feel really confident in landing one of the guys we've already offered because they are behind on a lot of these other QB's.

I need a VN rival. A lot of people have them and constantly argue with them about how stupid they are. It looks like fun.
