10 year show cause/NCAA, Tyndall discussion (merged)

Pitino's case will get dragged out and then he'll retire before he gets hammered. Pitino is lying. There is zero chance that he was not aware of what was happening. They know exactly what every recruit is doing for every minute of their official visits. Or were the hoes arranged for only during unofficial visits?

No way the NCAA can give Pearl 3 years for lying about giving recruits BBQ and give Pitino less than that for allowing women to be given to recruits. Law enforcement needs to be involved and if any underage recruits were hooking up with the whores, then Little Ricky needs to be in jail.

Phat chance.

That's because Pitino will get a 9 game coach control suspension just like Calhoun and Boeheim and Brown. Tennessee is their doormat. You don't publicize stuff that's swept under the rug. It's all explained in the audio link.

Nah, it's because those other guys won stuff and your boy has not, simple as that. Whether that's fair or not might be worth discussing.

And I don't think the other guys have had a run-in with the NCAA before, either. That's a huge difference.

That is one of the true corruptions of the organization, it is not fair and it will reflame the fires of Conspiracy if discussed.:twocents:

First of all, junior, I don't care what you call me! Usually wimps or adolescents resort to name calling bc they don't get their way. That goes for all who have no other recourse.

I have already asked the question which you have not answered! How do you know that Donnie Tyndall lied to Dave Hart when he asked him if he knew of any matter that might cause a conflict with the NCAA? I don't know if you are old enough to have children or you do have children, but human nature should tell anyone who has half a brain that children cover up or lie when confronted with the possibility that they have done something not permitted.

So, how do you know Adam Howard didn't cover up the academic fraud that he was responsible for committing? He would have obviously been stupid to not implicate Tyndall when he got fired in the first place. No, it took the NCAA to give him a sweetheart deal in order for him to lie about Donnie being a part of the misconduct. What proof do you have to say that this scenario is untrue or what proof does the NCAA have to say the same thing?

You must believe that the NCAA is perfect and would never tell "lil' ole you" something that was untrue! :loco:

Finally, it was Rosemary Woods who erased the Watergate tapes and Nixon never knew what the ones who broke into the Democratic Headquarters had done until he was informed of their actions. He then conspired to keep the incident under wraps, which made him a felon.

Donnie says that he deleted emails bc they contained personal data that he did not want to be exposed bc of their sensitivity. There is a helluva difference between personal and professional data(maybe you aren't smart enough to realize that).

Hart offered the job to Mike White and was turned down and now he is at Florida. One thing I fault Tyndall with is that he didn't have the same foresight and signed with such a sleaze.

Why didn't Hart offer the job to Barnes at that time? lol

Alrighty then, let's look at what's really going on. 84,000 views on this thread. VolNation is interested contrary to what some believe. There have been 527 views since I posted the latest link from DT 48 hours ago.
From Day 1 when the Bleacher Report article first appeared until the present day, Donnie Tyndall has never wavered from the position that he was responsible because of the coach control aspect but that he never knew about his assistants peddling their services both at Southern Miss and nationwide to other institutions. I can attest to the fact that right up until the hearing and after the hearing, he fully believed that because of the 40 witnesses and 4000 pages of documentation would be exonerated and he would get the 8 or 9 game suspension just like Boeheim, Calhoun, and Brown. He was just as shocked as anyone when the NCAA tried to cover its blunder of providing false information. For the benefit of those who are keeping up with the latest, here is the link again. If you listen beginning at the 23:30, Oct 21, he once again professes his innocence.

"Mind you I was fired before the investigation was even complete, OK.....The NCAA worked hand in hand with Dave Hart after they told him on Thursday evening what Adam Howard was gonna say Friday morning at 10 AM."
Tyndall was totally blindsided and was fired at 7 AM while Rob Gray was still on campus after having dinner with his family the night before.

The vast majority of all these "increased views" are all in either replying to the crap you keep posting, or basically making fun of you. For someone who claims they are so good at analyzing data, you sure whiffed on this simple example.

Donnie Tyndall should be taking a job with Toronto NBDL team. I figured Senior would want to know.
Knew before you! Sort of indicates he can coach, huh? His passion is college basketball and a national title. Count on it, he'll be there at our expense.

Hey, there are only a half dozen of you detractors. Many of your cohorts have decided not to post on this thread because they see they are losing. Do you half dozen think you have viewed this thread 85,000 times. Makes sense to me considering where it's coming from.

Guess the outcome from the NCAA isn't looking too promising, figured it was time to move on, Kelvin Sampson did the same. Kinda surprised he can't land an actual assistant job on a NBA team for as great of a coach as he is though, assistant in the D-league?

Gee, you're back. I was counting you as one of the cohorts who hasn't been around. PS He is also the head of a prep academy, TNG, which is beginning this year with only a post grad class that is traveling the country and expanding to 9-12. By the way, it is being funded by Adidas and, can you believe it, anonymous Tennessee boosters who think he was given a raw deal! What about them apples??

If those boosters are found out lets just say they will not be funding the TNG anymore. I am going to make a couple of calls and see about that.

Lmao, did you just admit that Tyndall is currently committing major NCAA violations? I'm sure he'll appreciate you sharing that bit of info, can't wait for the NCAA to get wind of that one.

He's no longer in the NCAA. He runs a business preparing kid's academically to go to college. You guys take the cake with your hatred. Folks trying to stop that are obscene.

But the connection between the donations to the academy and also the university are sure to draw the interest of the NCAA if, by some act of God, the academy gets a really hotshot player and he decides to come to UT. Though, the way you act (and wish), you'd want the program to get hit because they fired your savior.

That's really bright. You do that and they don't give to UT anymore. Makes me think you are bogus.

SD just for the record I am not bogus but that is besides the point. I dont think the boosters at UT would like their fellow booster members to be funding a debunked former UT coach's academy. Hence the reason YOU said it was some anonymous boosters

Hey, it's Adidas, not Nike, they ain't coming to UT. To show how little you know, riddle me this, how does a guy with a 10 year show cause run a prep academy? Because the NCAA is powerless to stop it. They are meaningless observers.

Methinks you would be stirring up a hornet's nest, ole buddy, especially when Tyndall is exonerated. I would hold my fire if I were you, but what do I know??
