10 year show cause/NCAA, Tyndall discussion (merged)

As I said in the other thread, the "let the investigation play out" thing is complete horsesh**.

The investigation by the NCAA DID play out and he got a 10 year show cause, and his appeal was denied. If Hart had "stuck" with him, he would have had to fire him later and our program would be set back even further than it is now. There isn't an AD in the country that would have retained Tyndall.

This "drag Tennessee into it" narrative is pure fantasy. You just claimed that the NCAA gave Hart false information, so even on the absolute remote chance that is correct, how is UT going to be found guilty in anything if they were acting on the information given to them? Are you seriously trying to blame Hart for acting on the information given to him? Again genius, and I'll type it slower. NO AD in the entire NCAA system would have stuck with Tyndall.

You can keep screaming he's innocent all you want, but his NCAA career is over even if he wins. This lawsuit is a hail mary because he has nothing left. He knows his career is over, and even if he somehow won or the NCAA settled, no school is going to touch him.

So you better get comfy in your NBDL gear because that's exactly where Fat Donnie will be for a LONG time.

OK, listen up, guys. I have copies of the 113 page appeal brief, the 21 page first supplement to the appeal brief, and the 7 page second supplement to the appeal brief. This is a total scam by the NCAA with zero merit. This is historical. This is movie stuff. Every single charge they made against Coach T is proven to be totally false. Not only this, but they changed their own by-law to allow the testimony of Adam Howard, in the middle of the process when called out on it. This is going to federal court, 100%, and the NCAA is going to drag Tennessee right into the middle of it. I won't continue but I will give you a why. The NCAA gave Dave Hart false information on Thursday and he fired Donnie Tyndall on Friday. They say the cover up is worse than the crime. It is. Can you even begin to imagine what it would do to their reputation if that was true? It is true and they cannot control the attempt to obliterate Tyndall in federal court. If Dave Hart had not fired Tyndall and let the investigation play out, he would have been shown to be innocent of everything except coach control and received an 8 or 9 game suspension. Instead he got a 10 year show cause with a you can't coach for the first half of the season for any college that hires you, worse than the guy who asked his team to cover up a murder. I mean, folks. This is common sense. If you think he put a pit bull mentality into his basketball teams, the NCAA just got Coach Pitbull on it's butt.

Post it. Man up, and actually post the appeal.

And I mean a link/PDF, not something copy and pasted.

Let's put this in perspective for the NCAA worshipers and media worshipers. The NCAA is corruption at its apex and protects its money bags.
As I said earlier.

Listen, I'm gonna make this real simple. There was no cause for termination. That's the point. What the NCAA told Hart was false. Just like he said in the article, if DH knew then what he knows now he would never have fired Tyndall. Tyndall and Don Jackson know this and it will be proven in a federal court outside the NCAA's jurisdiction. Trust me this it's not about money and there will be no settlement. It is about a man fighting for his reputation and career for his two young daughters.

What would any of you worth your salt do in this situation if it were you? I can 100% guarantee you that the charges the NCAA made were fabricated. They effectively destroyed a man's career who lived, breathed, and slept college basketball because they lied to Dave Hart trying to cover it up!!!!

Its nice to see the NCAA got one right. Tyndall is a pathological liar and cheater who finally got what he had coming to him. It would be a disservice to have him around young men at any university. Sadly, his supporters are not real bright which makes them the perfect victims to his lies. Tyndall is cunning and preys on people such as these. Luckily justice was served in the end and Tyndall will spend the rest of his days in coaching Siberia where he belongs.

Oh, yeah!
ETSU 23-6, 13-3, 1st place
UT 15-13, 7-7, 8th place

This doesn't even warrant a response because it's like arguing with my 10-year old nephew, but here goes...

1. Tennessee won head to head.
2. Switch schedules and conferences and I'd guess you'd see similar results. ETSU probably wins less than 15 against Tennessee's schedule.

But hey, keep moving the goal posts to fit your narrative.

Apologize to your nephew; he can't be less logical than Senile.

You should know I cannot post legal documents I received.

If you want a running account of the ludicrous nature of this whole NCAA scam, take about 30 minutes and go read Don Jackson's Twitter feed beginning in April of 2016 when he first took the case after the first ruling against Tyndall.

This case is going to be extremely important to the University of Tennessee as they will be brought into the federal lawsuit along with Southern Mississippi courtesy of the NCAA.

Don Jackson just happens to be the arch-nemesis of the NCAA. Among his myriad accomplishments, he represented the second winning-est black college football coach in history and coach with one of the highest winning percentages in Division 1-AA history before the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division One Committee on Infractions in one of the largest infractions cases in history. The coach was cleared of all major infractions.

Momma Tyndall be like

Too bad for Tyndall that he's a Cracker.

You're dumber than I thought (and that's impressive as I had a pretty low opinion already).

So, you've got nothing. Nothing at all. I've been on archeological digs and unearthed a T-Rex skull. I have the authenticity documents, but I'm not allowed to post them. Believe me, though. I've read them. It is real.

He can't post them but he can talk all about them; makes perfect sense.

I have legal documents that SD is actually a mental hospital patient in East TN who gets daily internet access in small doses. I can't post them of course but they are 100% legit.

You know I have them for you have followed every excerpt that I have posted. Methinks you just want to distract. All I can say is regarding this whole matter is the fat lady has not sung a single note. It's just a matter of time. Unfortunately, it has taken two years of a man's life who lived, breathed, and slept Tennessee basketball, the ultimate young gun lost to the corruption in the NCAA. Not only was he not guilty of the academic fraud at Southern Miss, fully taking to heart the lesson he learned at Morehead, there is not a single bit of evidence of any impropriety when he came in after National Signing Day, signed 8 players at UT with only 4 returning, and fashioned a 16-16 record including back to back wins over Kansas State and at the time #15 Butler which has beaten #2 Villanova twice this season.

I know you sit behind a keyboard and have access to the quotations button. That's all I know. Since you won't actually post a link to it, and claim it's true, I have to think that you make it up. For a guy who claims to know so much about analytics and crap, you should know that unless you have actual proof and can show it, you've got nothing. Didn't that wonderful ETSU education teach you that?
