10 year show cause/NCAA, Tyndall discussion (merged)

Tennessee is #34, ETSU is not in the top #35. That's 3 sites that have Tennessee recruiting better than ETSU.
I hate silly data. In two years Steve Forbes has recruited three freshmen. The two he recruited last year are no longer with the program. He finished second in the conference last year and is gunning for first this year. RB finished 12th and is trying for 14th. Your comparison is useless. Team junior college recruiting rankings only show him #1.

Where's the link, bub? That's 3 websites showing recruiting rankings that I've provided, and not one from you. Provide the links showing what you're saying, if you even can. If you don't provide them, it's made up.

Barnes: 1, Forbes: 0. The only record that matters when comparing where two teams from such different conferences finish in their respective conference.

Show me the recruiting rankings of UT's and ETSU's basketball team. How about this recruit for ETSU?

From his bio. as a senior in high school, Mosquera-Perea was the No. 9 rated power forward in his class and the overall No. 43 rated recruit in the nation according to Rivals.com, making him likely the most decorated recruit in ETSU program history. ... over his three seasons at Indiana, he averaged 11.2 minutes per game, while also netting a total of 265 points, 202 rebounds and 51 blocks with the Hoosiers. ..

That's what I'm talking about. Not your BS.

Cute, Tennessee has 2 guys ranked higher

I did. On 3 different sites. Tennessee was higher than ETSU on all 3. Not my fault you're too dense to read them. Rivals, 247, and that other all have Tennessee ranked higher.

That's still not posting the link.

Haven't been here in a few days.
I declare Chris4Vols the winner of this thread. The Harambe scenario? Comedy gold.

Now away from the jesters and back to the NCAA scam. Curious what your buddy at the NCAA might say about DJ's latest tweet, "NCAA Enforcement Staff had Tyndall fired, negotiated an immunity deal with a liar. NOW Staff Chief Duncan is attempting to intimidate him." This was after his appeal hearing last Thursday. I think Mr. Jackson put this guy in his place.

The reason he is being intimidated is because contrary to your contact's earlier theory, DT has absolutely no intention of settling with the NCAA and going away. Instead, they fully intend on taking them to federal court which is the last place they want to be. DT said so himself in a radio interview on September 12.

Don't know if you are close enough to see NCAA headquarters but if you are close enough and look, you will definitely see some cracks in the foundation!

He has a whole team of recruits. Tennessee ever need a point guard? His point guard last year was Ge'Lawn Guyn who ended up 1st team All Sou-Con.
And this year, Julian Walters, was a first-team NJCAA All-American and the Region 13 Player of the Year last season, averaging 18.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game at North Dakota State College of Science … in addition to leading his team to a 28-win season and a NJCAA National Tournament run to the Sweet 16, Walters finished the 2015-16 season with 118 made 3-pointers, shooting 51 percent from beyond the arc, 53 percent from the field and 76 percent from the free throw line. Buddy, you don't want to know his other recruits compared to Barnes, trust me. PS Save us both some trouble. You can compare the rosters on page 17.

You ever going to post a link that says all that you claim? Because anyone can copy/paste and then edit it. It wouldn't surprise me if you did that. You haven't given me a reason to believe you wouldn't.

Here's ETSU verbal commit page. Loaded with 2 star athletes and a couple at 2.7 and 2.3. The 4 star and 3 star players are all seniors looks like.
Verbal Commits

You guys are so silly trying to make this comparison. Those two stars out of high school are coming to ETSU with two years of collegiate experience at the juco level. There is no comparison.

Let me simplify for you. These are 20 year olds with two additional years of collegiate experience compared to 18 year olds with no collegiate experience. Your comparison is so stupid there are not words to describe it.

Those two stars are twice as good as any three star 18 year olds.

This years roster for ETSU has 1 freshman compared to Tennessee's 8. I really hate to see the embarrassment UT will be exposed to when both Chattanooga in the opener and ETSU at Christmas humiliate the program. That is sad and you can blame it on one person.

Yeah, the moron who got himself in trouble with the NCAA by looking out for himself and getting not 1, not 2, but 3 programs (in his very short lived career) in a position to not be successful.

Barnes is still 1-0 against Forbes.

I'm embarrassed you even attempt to pretend you're a Vol fan. You are so giddy for this team to get beat that you can't contain your excitement.

Piss off, you Home Depot degenerate.

I'm giddy for us to get a decent basketball coach who will take us forward instead of backward. RB was fired because he wasn't doing that at Texas but Hart was giddy over getting Texas' reject. Both Tyndall and Forbes would have done just that. You may look forward to success getting back to .500 but I don't. Unlike you guys I call them like I see them and I am right on both counts. You guys just can't deal with reality. You are in a dream world.

Says the only guy that believes Tyndall would've gone to the Final Four here.

You have no common sense in regards to why neither of those guys you are drooling over will ever coach here. None.

Dream World?
You should know about that.

Honestly I haven't talked to him in a couple of days, but posts like this are why Senior Drill is arguably a top 5 poster in VN history... Atleast from the eyes of someone who thinks trolls are funny.

Say what you will about the argument, etc, etc. the guy gets flammed every post, yet still hits us with these golden nuggets. The foundation crack?

Borderline Noble Prize for Literature Worthy.
