10 year show cause/NCAA, Tyndall discussion (merged)

I'm sure that you are gonna be excited about the next 4 bb seasons here at UT. We shall see.

I understand that Texas bb fans are excited about their future as they see Longhorn recruiting taking off for the first time in many years!

I know Tyndall is gone, but he may be the last coach to have not produced a losing record for awhile.

Take my word for it, the entire 113 pages of fully legally documented rebuttal of all of the NCAA's fairy tale exposes the NCAA as the emperor with no clothes. It's all gonna come out in due time unless they come clean and give Tyndall his career back. Yep, it took their 100's of lawyers two extra weeks to try to respond. You get nothing from me but the spoonfuls I give you once in a while. Like the way you keep begging though.

Senior Drill, is there a link where I can listen to the radio interview Tyndall spoke, September 12th?

For those who call Donnie a cheater, they are doing so based on what the COI with the NCAA determined back in April. That decision is what is being contested as I type. If that ruling is reversed, will you apologize for using that term or will you give another explanation on why you used a term that may have been prejudicially applied?

Go to iTunes and look for JR the Boss man Show. DT segment.

Let me tell you this because it is so evident. I was smart enough to know he was innocent just like he said he was from day one. Nobody else was. Now you guys are just like the NCAA, struggling to cover your clueless posts you have made for a year and a half.

Which end of you is the hardest to get thru a narrow doorway?
Twice as hard when ones in the other. Huh

So you're admitting you and Buzz are the same person then?

The clock keeps on ticking!

U fellows need to enjoy your dream world while it lasts.
Tyndall will lose his appeal and there's no way the Fed is going to mess with the NCAA. they are a necessary evil today. It aint 1977.
Not going to chance losing some of that military budget for services now provided by the EVIL ONE.

Speaking of dream world, keep on thinking about all those NCAA bids that Texas fans are looking forward to. They seem to be much happier!

Texas enjoyed 16 ncaa bids with Barnes!!!! Only missed 1 in 17 years. Smart will not do better than that, get your facts straight. I will take any coach at UT that would do that for us.

I do not know if Barnes will take us back to the tourny but HE DESERVES A CHANCE!!!! In two years we will be able to see if we have the right coach.

Well, let me clear this up for you. If Tyndall loses his appeal, he is suing the NCAA on multiple fronts in federal court and the NCAA has no control over that. The playing field will be level. If this were in federal court instead of the rigged NCAA system, the case would have been thrown out and they would be the laughing stock of the world. So to think he will lose and there not be consequences for the crooks involved is totally erroneous.

You do realize that going to federal court will mean all those people that refused to answer questions will be forced to, and the bank records that were refused to be shown will be forced be shown, right? I would bet that will hurt Tyndall more than help.

You don't get it, do you? Nobody refused to answer questions except Adam Howard. Donnie turned over two that were requested and two more that were not. The NCAA did not request the bank records of Howard because he was their stooge.

I'm not going to provide the link/document and take a page out of the SD book of "proof and logic": you've got to take my word on it. It's in there. There was a prep school coach who refused to answer questions and turn over bank records.
