Texas, LSU, and A&M all had dreadful 1st and goal possessions from inside the 5 today. Texas and LSU both came away with zero points, and A&M burned over a minute off the clock when down 2 possessions. Absolutely terrible playcalling and execution.

Jimbo is such a terrible coach. Should’ve easily punched in the ball from the two. Instead runs a couple of stretch plays that often result in holding calls. Then kicks a field goal from the two and does the onside kick. There was 2 1/2 minutes and they had to time out. Why the hell would they not kick it deep? Do you have time to stop them and no they are not going to put the ball in the air. And now you need a touchdown. My god how do some of these dudes get jobs that pay them 10’s of millions? Butch Jones, and Jeremy Pruitt would’ve likely done the same dumb stuff.

If Tennessee can’t get after Texas A&M’s quarterback next week, I will be throughly disappointed. I think both teams are beatable to be honest depending on which version of UT shows up.

Butch and Pruitt definitely did the same stuff. That’s why we can recognize this kind of stuff so readily. We’ve lived it.

When Saban passes, I hope they take the time perform an autopsy so we can find out just how big the golden horseshoe shoved up his ass really was.

Yep. Petrino tried to get cute and it cost them. Do what a lot of teams do. Line up a couple of DT’s behind the tailback and literally shove him into the end zone.

And Bama is going to get out of this with 14 penalties
