This is exactly how we should have wanted this game to turn out. A dejected (and perhaps a little bitter) A&M team coming to Knoxville next Saturday following a close loss at home in their most important game of the season. Hopefully, the disappointment lingers and their fans won't travel well.

Two random thoughts :

1) The TD being reversed with the ball placed at the 2 was basically the game.

2) I will be glad when Gary Danielson is no longer calling SEC games. His voice is annoying to listen to.

I feel okay about both matchups after watching that. Not great but okay. I like the fact we have AnM at home. But I’m not as scared of Alabama as usual. I would run the ball until it doesn’t work. Throw a Milton prayer once a quarter. Idk. We will see. That’s all while assuming our defense continues to play elite. At least since SC lol.

Yeah I think we should open it up with a deep bomb to White to set the tone lol. Make them respect the pass to open up our run game. Their front 7 is damn good. In any case, I imagine our defense will take care of business at home and it will be a low-scoring affair.
