VT was the most talented team in the ACC, as they had the most all acc selections. FSU went 6-2 in conference and lost in their Championship game by 11. I know we want to make UT seem like the best destination for Wilder, but lets be serious here.

There is no chance wilder decommits from FSU, they went to the ACC Championship and have a great recruting class. Would love to see him here though

I don't want him here at all. At running back there's atleast 4 other cats I like WAY better, and at LB I would rather have Paul,and it's not even close.

Wilder is a stud and will be a great player....at LB!

UT needs LB's....so does FSU. He is from Fla...FSU has a better team....has a better chance to win a NC.....

HE will be at FSU. can you imagine Wilder and Luc at LB for the next 3 yrs!!!!! WOW!!!

Wow. Thank god you are not on Tennessee's coaching staff. He'd be a huge upgrade at LB / DE wherever.

He isn't going to be RB in college. I dont care what he's being recruited as, he's a defensive player at FSU or any other school in the country.

I just worry about a player causing problems if you bring him in for one position then convert him automatically. It also gives other coaches ammo in future recruiting battles if you don't honor your word.

Hightower (Bama) was a beast at RB in HS...wanted to play at that position....he has turned out to be pretty good at LB.....So will Wilder.....At FSU!!!!!

did i say he was a better runningback than those guys? and yes i do like him better at linebacker over paul, but thats just my opinion. just like that is your opinion lol :good!:

He's been told by everyone (including FSU) that he is being recruited to play RB. He will be switched to LB by any school once he is on campus.

Idk what you are seeing that makes you think Paul is better than Wilder at linebacker, but Wilder is a FREAK. its got nothing to do with stars, anyone with any football knowledge can see he would be a stud LB in college.

Someone asked JB in his recruiting mailbag if he knew of any "secret commits from highly rated prospects publicly committed to other schools"

JB: "Where there's this much smoke, there's usually a fire"

He goes on to say that he is hearing 3 or 4 different names which means there could actually be more than one. He also cites the fact that UT's coaches haven't been hosting as many official visitors over the past couple of weekends as evidence that they know something they aren't releasing.

This could all be nothing, but I thought I would put this in JWjr's thread because I think he is the most likely candidate. Commence to freak out/flame me.
