All of these morons talking about greyshirting are like little kids who learn a new word. It's ridiculous.

Greyshirting is a possibility for schools, but I see no person that is anywhere close to a candidate of greyshirting unless Devrin did so, which isn't happening IMO because he will be needed immediately on special teams.

Dooley will definitely try and look at that option, but I would guess that sign and place guys are more likely to happen than guys who greyshirt. And I agree with it becoming too much of a fetish around here :)

If they close really strong greyshirting will be a possibility for a few guys. That's just a fact. It's happened before at Tennessee under Fulmer and at every other school in the country. Do you really think if they were sitting on 26 commitments and on signing day Lamar Dawson calls up and says he wants to sign with Tennessee, they would tell him no?

That's what I was gettin' at. With so few of spots left and so many left on the board, there's a chance someone will get greyshirted. But apparently even thinking about greyshirting someone is taboo around here. Smh.

It just depends how many of the player don't qualify. It's been a long time since Tennessee has had a class where everyone qualified.

Well its because that's ALL some people talk about, and it gets a little annoying.

Hubbs said he does'nt think the staff will greyshirt anybody. If they oversign it will be with people they know wont get in & they can send to prep or JUCO.

Just spoke him, visit went great. HE hasn't committed to anyone at this point. Said he loved the visit to UT, it was excellent, it was better than he expected. His parents loved it.

Will make final decision in the next week or two in an official ceremony at his school or hometown near Tampa.

He should IMO, based off his Junior film & the Senior season he had. I'd like to see his Senior film but it has'nt been released yet.
