I agree, no way we turn this kid away. Is it just coincidence that after his visit he says he is going to announce his decision in a week or two & that he likes Tennessee alot? Hmm...

Maybe he thinks TN is in better shape with a kid like Dawson or another LB that they like better?

Just don't agree with Hubbs right now. No way we go after him this hard if we didn't really want him. Look at the company that was with him on his OV. Posey, Crowder, Downs, and DY. Jackson, Moore, and himself. Lanier was supposed to be there. C'mon man...no way he isn't supposed to be there for a reason.

Brent is a company man and his company is UT. If the reports of UT getting silent commits this past weekend hold any truth, Hubbs more than likely knows. That being said, Brent is one of the best in the recruiting information business. One of the reasons is that he will not take the spotlight away from a kid wishing to make an announcement in front of his hometown or school.

His statement about Paul plus the one about Marcus Jackson not admitting to a committment makes me think that Brent is holding back for their sake. I have no proof, just a reading of the tea leaves.

No big deal. Seems a bit of backtracking room for the staff if Paul goes elsewhere or it's wiggle room to show another guy that we have the spot for him.

Hopefully because his film is really really good and Jay and HG speak highly of him so that leads me to believe dude can play..... but would love to add Johnson, Dawson, or Thomas with him...
