I watched them play on CSS a few weeks ago. They had one of the best blocking HS Olines I have seen in a while. All of them were small compared to this one gaint on the right. For a sophmore, he is rather good. He really is just using his size right now. But from watching just 1 game, his upside is tremendous.

This is one of the top linemen in the country. He has amazing size. And great footwork. I played with him and he was great run and pass blocker. His bench and squat dont matter as long as he murks people on every play.:peace2:

OT Watts Dantzler just checked in. He measured in at 6-foot-7, 315 pounds. He is just a huge kid from Dalton (Ga.).

He claims offers already from Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, N.C. State, Miami, Maryland, Georgia Tech, Clemson, South Carolina, and Stanford.

He said he is planning to go to junior days at Auburn, Alabama, and Georgia.

Dantzler says he has been keeping it all pretty open, but he plans to narrow his list to five schools in the next few weeks and that he may wait until November to make a final commitment because that is his birthday. Dantzler's Dad played for Georgia in the 70s. He has already taken unofficial visits to Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, and Notre Dame.

He said that his top 5 is "probably" going to be Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt when he narrows his list and that right now the second five would be Clemson, Duke, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Miami.

This guy is HUGE. You guys should see how he looks on the basketball court. I think he will be great if he improves his athleticism. Obviously he is gonna be hard to pull away from UGA since he is a Dantzler.

I am a close friend of Watts Dantzler. I would appreciate it if you don't go around trying to insult him. You never know who will see it.

I personally believe he will go to UGA though he has never said anything like that explicitly. His father played for Georgia and passed away last year from Lou Gehrig's disease. I think Mr. Danny wanted him to UGA.

I also know that Nick Saben came all the way to Dalton High School today to talk to Watts.

he may seem a Georgia Lock but his dad did play under Vince Dooley, maybe that will help CDD in some way.

New article in the Chattanooga paper today. Makes it sound like he won't decide until November. Tennessee is now in top 5.

One of my best friends claims he is one of the best players he has played against. This coming from a guy who played against TJ Stripling, Sherrod Golightly, Ken Malcome, Jamoris Slaughter, Jalen Fields, and Mike Bowman.
