'11 GA QB C.J. Uzomah

I saw him at Auburn's spring game. He was talking to Spencer Region a lot, take that for whatever it may be worth.

Any way we could snag this kid AND worley?? or are they both high profile enough to where it wouldn't be feasible (especially with bray on campus)??

Both of them have the talent to compete with Bray for the starting position. CJ could come in and start so could Worley.

I think CJ could come in and be an impact as a freshman. He is like a R Cobb at UK, can do a little of anything and dangerous wherever you put him.

You should not worry about Uzomah not wanting to come here because there are other high profile quarterbacks here already. He has stated before that competition is what he likes and is certainly not going to influence his decision.

I actually wouldn't mind getting Uzomah. I think he's going to be a solid player. I read an article a couple days ago I think I'm not exactly sure but I wanna say it said that he's developing a really good relationship w/ our coaches and we're rising on his list. Anybody have a lil more info on him and where he stands at this point and where we stand with him?

You wouldn't mind? You make it sound like he's a marginal prospect LOL

This kid is a big-time prospect with big-time offers. He is the kind of player Tennessee desperately needs, someone with very good TALENT.

"I really want to get there, see the facilities, talk to the coaches one-on-one, see where they stand on me and where I stand on them as well. Pretty much just get a little connection with them," Uzomah said about what he wants his future visit to look like.

"I'm still pretty much breaking things down," Uzomah said. "I am planning on visiting LSU, Tennessee and South Carolina pretty soon. So, that's how it's panning out now."

I was saying how I would like to get him even though we are on hot pursuit on Worley and Worley is the one everybody is high on. I'm trying to say that Uzomah is a legit prospect and if we missed out on Worley it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I know dude I would love to get Uzomah. Like I said I think he's going to be a solid player at the next level.

I had to go back to the start of this thread. It appears the previous staff offered him as an athlete/WR. Does anyone know what position this staff has offered Uzomah?

Probably like the role that Kodi Burns plays at Auburn except him be at tight end and he will probably throw it alot more.
