Can you imagine how long of a thread this one will be by the time he signs his letter of intent a year and a half from now? I thought the Brown/Scroggins Sagas were bad enough. I can only imagine what it is going to be like with the '11 QB's. I am laying early odds of 2 to 1 that this thread ends up with over 30,000 posts.

They will shut it down before 30000. However, you may be right from a combined total of different threads about him.

He's probably going to Florida. He fits the system fairly well, he grew up in Gainesville, and his dad was their chaplain. FSU is way out in front with UF as well.

I'd be extremely pleased with either of them.

I think Braxton Miller is overhyped by OSU fans. He is a very good athlete but he is not as good as they are making him out to be. Last year at this time they made Spencer Ware out to be that kind of QB prospect and he's just not.

I saw the kid play a few games in person last year. Trust me...he is NOT overhyped.

Ware has never been hyped as a QB prospect. They've always said he'd be a good but not great RB prospect.

Miller is legit. He's pretty easily a top 5 QB next year. IMO at least.

Really though I'd be happy with any 1 of

Bridgewater
LeMay
Golson
Uzomah
Wittek
...etc next year. All gonna be better than any in this class.

Eh, I meant that, it just didn't come out this way. Really though, the only players I see coming close to any of those would possibly be Heaps would be a better QB than Uzomah. Besides that, I think all of these guys will have better careers. Like you said though, too early.

I like LeMay, with him living in NC, he could hop down and catch as many games as he likes.

We've got a long time before we start to worry about this kid.. Hopefully we do enough this season to impress him..

His father having ties with UF is not good though..

I agree w/ you about his father's ties. Also, his constant contact with Leak makes me nervous he will end up a Gator. If I have time I am going to try and watch him play this year.

I am not sure about the gator thing. He will sit bench for a year. He will not red shirt if he is that good. And then he will have Jordan Reed and Burton to compete against. And if the offense is still spreadish it would not make sense. He will get to see how they run things in 2010. Auburn and Miss St. are spread. Bama, Kentucky, UGA and LSU have there guys. So it is UT, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Vandy and Arkansas. We just make the most sense. Now Meyer is going to tell him they are not a spread but a pro style with spread like features lol. Kid is probably too smart for that. We can only hope.

Noooo, you don't think Urbie would lie to get recruit do you? The fact that he is a pro style QB is the only thread of hope I have he may come to The Hill.

Agreed.. But we learned with Scroggins that these kids don't always see what we see..

Yeah.. I beleive this kid will be the #1 overall player come this time next year... Hopeful are production on the field this season can sway this kid..


If we come out swinging this year. .Look for alot of recruits to follow.
