Who does the staff take in his place? Good thing we are in on some good Defensive Backs. I've got a feeling with our season this year, we will be exchanging our 4 star playmakers for more 3 star projects.

I have a feeling that you don't know what you're talking about.

Oh, your talking about the 4 stars that can't tackle a tackling dummy during practice and is very evident during the games.

No, that would be the 3 star players you are talking about. Prentiss Wagner and Art Evans come to mind come to think of it.

And those 3 stars are starting while an awesome 4 star Jerod Askew has crapped out..............incredibly intelligent of you :salute:

If USC lite can make it to the SEC Champ it could be interesting...

If then win it could get real interesting. Ha ha.

If a recruit looks at this situation and goes by the record we're screwed. If they look at the depth chart, who'se on the field, and how fast we would need them on the field then they're idiots for not coming here.

That's great. You provide one example. I could list tons of more cases where a higher rated player has started over a lower rated player.

and I am sure a list could be made of all the lower rated players played over the higher rated players.

I will start off by giving one example- Daniel Brooks, 4 Star LB, # 7 LB in the country.

Patrick Willis, 2 Star LB, NR in the country among LB's

Sure a list could be made. But the list for higher over lower would be much bigger then lower over higher.

Point is that higher rated players are EXPECTED to perform better, are they not, Coach? Or would that be recruiting coordinator? Tip: How a player is ranked doesn't mean jack, try to remember that

This is by one of their staff writers who also writes for one of the sites I believe. So take it for what it is worth.

Pat is ranked 4 stars by rivals and has really had a great year so far. One thing that might scare the Tennessee fans is when he was asked if he was “All Vol” he responded with, “ I am 85% Vol, right now.” “ I still talk to UT and I tell them I love them, I am now just a soft verbal.”

Again a USC reporter asking specific questions right after a visit to the big game at USC. Emotions high but you never know.

Unfortunately, this is just the nature of recruiting. It would not surprise me if our signing class is significantly different than it is right now. Think about it. No official visits have taken place as of yet. It is always a whirlwind 2-3 weeks prior to NSD, not including the NSD day surprises, for better or for worse. I guess that is what makes high school football recruiting so fun, it's unpredictability.

This is true. I'm not even sure why I get excited about stuff at this point when I know there is a good chance it will be much different once NSD comes around.
