Haha he won't ... we have several players that id rather see instead of Harris, that are ready to play SEC football. This tom character is just trying to spew of declarations on all of the underdogs (Harris and Pender to Vols) so he can say he knew it before anyone else because of inside information. Nothing to see here.

Harris has been a vol for a year now. So I guess he gets cred for that.

He's solid..in high school. Its a well known fact that he will probably need a year to put on the necessary lbs to compete in the SEC.

Im just stating that randomly expecting C. Harris to come in and "tear it up" is just wishful thinking. There is no evidence or quotes from coaches saying he will compete for starting roles next year. And by the way, friend showed me his facebook and some photos on it. Kid looks like he can take a beer bong like a champ. Livin up the college experience huh

Just because there are a few YOU would rather see before Harris, doesn't mean that the coaches see it that way. Anyone with any credibility on here (by that I mean anyone with knowledge, not insiders) say the kid is going to get major playing time next year. Tom is not trying to seek Ecred, he is just giving his opinion on the matters IMO. Please quit spewing your ill informed verbal diarrhea on here, and attacking decent posters. You remind me of PaceGator.

Thanks babe. Just tryin to serve as the reality check here. People post here hyping up literally every single player, but they have the right to be dissapointed in the fall.

I'm not a babe. You are correct, way, way too much hyping on here about players we have yet to see in action. People also have the right to say na-nanny Boo boo stick your head in doo doo, when/if he beasts out next year

Hey, and id be more than glad to admit I was WRONG if he does indeed become a solid ST or starting 'backer... that'd be splendid. But like you said, this overhyping just makes our overall fanbase more hostile towards negative developments in our program because their expectations were too high in the first place.

And btw that wasn't meant to be a personal attack regarding the beer bong comment on Harris. I just meant that posts on this board to hype up unproven players should not make it sound like he's some physical, athletic freak, he's a regular college kid and probably is exploring other parts of college (partying . Even though I was tough on him, not too much should be expected.
