He was really pleased with his performance. Hoping for an offer. Can't wait to get to UT and show out there.

I am going back to watch them compete in championship game. I tell you one thing, the kid better get some rest before he gets to Ktown. He literally has been playing football for 2 straight days and nights nonstop

no not yet and i really don't know if we offer him or not. I know he wants one bad and i would be suprised if he doesn't get a few sec offers because he has shown out at a number of camps already and i love it that he is willing to compete like he does. i think we offer blake tibbs who will commit if we offer him.

I have gone to every site I can find (not a paid subscriber though) to find stats on Tibbs and can't find a lot. What's his 40 and vertical?

At the Atlanta MVP Camp Blake ran a 4.5 40. At one camp his vertical was 28. Blake has impressed at the rising seniors and a 7 on 7 tourney at UGA. He has shown very good hands and I don't know if orange swarm saw him when he was up in athens for a camp, but he took his team on his shoulders and MLK beat creekside. Here is a write up on that:

"The Lithonia area standout has had a couple opportunities to impress the Bulldog staff. His Lions have competed at the last two Mark Richt 7-on-7 tournaments, with the 6-foot-2, 185-pound receiver helping his team win the championship at this year's event a month ago. They defeated a very talented Creekside squad 36-14, with Tibbs making quite the impression on Creekside assistant coach Daniel Williams."

Not trying to take anything away from Tibbs here, but I am just scratching my head. Help me out here. He and Heg are the same height, and close to same body weight. Heg ran a 4.45 a few weeks ago, rarely misses a pass, 37+ vertical, 260 bench and 425 squat. 3.75 GPA, a workhorse and is one of the most respectful kids you will ever meet. Has balled out at every camp and his team is killing the 7/7 circuit. I am certainly not claiming to be an expert, and yes, I know him so I am not completely unbiased. But, what the hell? You go ahead and take Tibbs. Somebody is going to get a helluva receiver and I hope it's UT

Don't get me wrong I like both wideouts and I wasn't saying who i preferred, but what I think will happen. Blake has shown out as well in all of the events he has been in and had his best showing in front of our staff in the 7 on 7 against creekside and our staff got to see Hegedus for a half n hour last night and he did impress. I think both wrs are good prospects. If you guys get Hegedus that would be great and I think uga will be very happy with Tibbs. Win win for both teams imo.

For me personally I would love to see UGA offer Hegedus since I don't live far from where he plays and I would get to see him in person in that very good offense.

I was kidding bro. Its hard for me to believe he was a virgin but damn if he didn't preach being one. I think after his mild makeout session on the sideline when his roomie kissed his ear and the weird relationship he had with Myer made me question if he was. But either way he seems like a good Guy and I have tried to not like him. But I'm a big Broncos fan and if he's ever the starter again I will have to pull for him, just like with Poole.

Hegedus decided to not go to the Alabama camp on Wednesday. He will be at the UT camp on Tuesday, then they start the 7 on 7 championships in Birmingham on Thursday.

I don't understand the Pace hating. I get that he's a bit abrasive and opinionated but I've never thought he was a troll..

My guess is many people share his concerns, but some are probably turned off by the frequency of his reminders.

They like to rip on me...but note the miss me the minute I am gone. I can feel the love!! I felt pretty good earlier as I thought we had got a commitment from King. It was all a tease and apparently the 2nd time he tried to commit. I am waiting to hear why he is being put on hold this time.

Lay off the Pace bashing, I can tell you first hand that living in this area of Florida is lonely for a Vol fan. Being constantly surrounded by Bama, Nole, Gator, and Auburn fans does something to your outlook on life. Hell, there are more LSU fans here than Vol fans.
