He's going to be a good one. I know no one hates that drop more than Heg, but it happens to the best. Bright lights, dome game....He'll catch that one next time.

We need all the VOL mommas recruiting for the home team. lol

The 7 on 7 vids were awesome. The kids look like they were a tight knit group. I hope they all had fun and enjoyed playing together.

You have a first hand account of this so I am going to ask a question I have wondered about for awhile:
How much influence does a recruit, like Jason, have with undecided recruits? Obviously they all talk at these camps and on the recruiting circuit. What is your thought on this? Is it a major factor or just a small help?

Lassiter 45 Sprayberry 14

Printz completed 12-of-17 passes for 323 yards for Lassiter and three touchdowns. His first touchdown pass was a 68-yard bomb to a wide open Charlie Hegedus to give Lassiter a 14-0 lead.

i was at the game. it wasnt wide open. he ran a post on one on one coverage, beat his man and after he caught it just completely burnt him.

Hegedus was the offensive player of the game after making five catches for 135 yards and two scores. He has pulled in 11 receptions for 251 yards and three touchdowns this year.

I know he's committed to NC State, but then we didn't make him an offer. Patterson is real high on both the UGA boards as well as ours. Either us or UGA is going to be looking for another receiver. Charlie has close ties to both and an offer from either would test his commitment. I kind of think if Charlie keeps having the season he is currently having, he will get some SEC offers trying to lure him away from his commitment. Stats after six games: 19 catches 414 yards and 6 TDs. They will likely play a couple of games in the playoffs, so his stat's could well be over a 1000 yards in receptions.
