Out of the office
If we have 1 player leave the team, why not take him? Saulsberry injured and Picou possibly not making it in. An injury or 2 and were screwed.
Because there's an opportunity cost involved any time you add a transfer who has to sit out a year, because I think we'll add a freshman DT who's more likely to contribute than a guy who made 5 solo tackles in 3 years at Michigan, and because even w/o Picou we still project to have sufficient DT depth in '16:
* O'Brien (SR)
* Vickers (JR)
* Johnson (JR)
* McKenzie (SO)
* Tuttle (SO)
* 1 or 2 frosh (probably 2 if Picou doesn't get in)
I'd feel a lot differently about adding Pipkins if he were a special talent, but he isn't.

If he could provide quality minutes why do you think Harbaugh is processing him out? We don't need Michigan's leftovers.
