'12 TN OL Brandon Hill

Scout shows we have offered. I'm not sure if this is a recent offer(after junior days). He sure has the size already, but I'm not sure we will take many Oline this year maybe three. Usually you don't switch from oline to dline in college it's the other way around.

Will camp at UGA on Saturday. Rivals thinks his stock is about to rise pretty quickly.

Also, he came in at 6'6", 379 lbs.

Brandon Hill did great today and was offered today at the UGA camp (as long as he takes care of his grades). they said he is now 375 lbs.. lost 4 lbs.. LOL Rivals is definately right about his stock rising. Someone on our board up in his area has been talking about Brandon for a long time and felt we would offer when our coaches had a chance to see him in action and will friend liked him a lot.

Yes sir. :) We are taking 6 olinemen in the 2012 class so i was expecting us to offer some more olinemen after the camps. When we heard Brandon Hill was coming down we were pretty happy to see that Will Friend would have a chance to see him perform in person and Brandon did impress. BTW not sure if you saw him in person, but Brandon carries his 375 lbs very well.

Have you guys heard the story of the 3 guys who tried to jump Brandon?

Someone at his school was mad at him and got 3 guys to jump him -- one guy was as big as he was cause they knew they needed a big dude. Brandon's walking with a friend and this one medium size dude jumps on him and it was one punch KO. He turned around cause another guy was coming up from behind him and he kicks that dude in the stomach and knocks the wind out of him, then he gets to working on big dude. Beat the guy so bad that they didn't even press charges against him due to the extent of his injuries.

Bad situation, but big dude got it handled.

I think his transfer to St. George was another big reason some schools have overlooked him at this point for the very fact that they had no clue what happened to him.

I do agree with those that are of the opinion that he's probably the best OL prospect in the state this year.

Tennessee has picked up their recruitment of Hill & are trying to get him to camp this month per Hubbs

it's been verified by multiple analysts regarding his offer. brandon also received an offer from uga a month ago..
