'12 TN QB Chad Voytik

Sabanocchio Sab
Rumor is Andrew Jelks, Brian Kimbrow, Caleb Azubike to commit to Vandy next week. Will Redmond to follow Voytik is 5.

That was the rumor. As of now, Kimbrow is still undecided, Jelks is going on vacation and not announcing. Redmond is definitely not announcing and I haven't heard Voytik's name since Chavis brought it up.

Bars was going to commit too, but he's not leaning towards Vandy according to Keith Nieurbur. (sp)

What I understand as of today is Azubike will commit to Vandy. Beyond that I have no idea.

Chads top two schools are Pitt and Mississippi State don't bash me for it either and say something stupid about a camping trip or somethin stupid like that.

You and Chad share a tent this weekend?

Why would anyone do that?

Oh, that's right. Because they are familiar with you.

How's Mitch doing?

chad voytik (cleveland, tenn./cleveland) could be closing in on a decision. He will visit vanderbilt on thursday. Then, his commitment could come at any time. This four-star signal-caller is down to three schools -- vanderbilt, pitt and mississippi state.

"i feel like i will be deciding really soon," voytik said via text message. "i will have seen all three of these schools again this summer."

voytik, 6-0 and 195 pounds, is the no. 13-ranked quarterback prospect in the country.

Didn't know my old high school rivalry was ESPNU worthy. That's awesome.

Sanders could be one of the most highly recuited OL in the south. He is massive and all of the D1 schools are starting to notice him.

Hope he ends up at Vandy..Then all the ones pissed that we didnt offer will see him get his ass handed to him along with kimbrow for 4 years. Theres a reason Chaney,Hinshaw and dooley didnt offer him. I trust in their ability to scout a player. Im guessing it has alot to do with his size.

And from what I've heard around here, his rich dad bought him a headset helmet. Hasn't had to actually make an on field decision yet.

Way to bash a kid. He would go to Tennessee if given a chance. So, he is not offered and doesn't turn us down like Kimbrow did. Still, we throw him under the bus. Real nice.

Like what? How many high school QBs do?

Just stating what I've heard around town. I live in Cleveland. Heard that the coaches are telling him his reads and protection schemes while he's on the field. I'd say coaches are a little worried about his decision making process since he's been a little bit spoiled. I'm not hating on the guy, just saying that a little reward now might not pay off for the future.:hi:

You do know Kimbro didn't turn us down, right? We quit recruiting him after he camped here and he knew that. But on Voytik I didn't knock him. First hope he does well in college it just wont be at UT.
