I doubt that either note was from a tweet. Volquest is generally not in the habit of putting stuff on social media that they charge members for.

I don't have a subscription to Volquest, but I would think information like the one posted early this morning and the day before by Sanddune were from posts on Volquest. The first post indicated that Wiggins called him on Monday and said nothing had changed. The post this morning indicates he called him after he left Starkville and told him he would be in Knoxville in a few days.
