I'm not sure I would want to play for Vanderbilt but I sure would like living around Nashville again - kinda miss the place but Cincinnati has been very good to my family over the past 25 years.

This visit is like a commitment taking a last second visit out of the blue the weekend before signing day, and not telling the coaches. Many times it ends up in a flip. im sure vol Twitter is messaging him every 5 minutes for an update so he could be trying to get people off his back. Don't care what anyone says. Visiting another school a week or two before you are supposed to enroll at TN isn't some fun unimportant trip. You don't just randomly visit Miss St for that long. If he sticks good for him but I'd lean a flip happens

What the other 2 above my post said. Do you remember Otha Peters telling a Vol media member that he was 100% a Vol and his trip to Arky was for fun? We know how that turned out. I'm not overreacting, just have seen this same scenario play out many times over the years, and only a small % of the time does it turn out ok for the team the recruit is committed to at the time of the visit.

Agree. It speaks to the mindset of Shaq. If he is not convinced he will start his last season in college at UT, he flips to playing for the DC that will start him regardless of how good the team is. If he wants to be more prepared for the NFL, learn new techniques and system, and has confidence he can get the playing time he will sign with UT. JMO.

Is there not a lot of paperwork involved in getting enrolled and getting assigned a dorm and all that. I would think that he would be well into that process at UT. I wouldn't want to have to redo all that at another school.

True BUT THE BEST THING FOR UT HAPPENED BECAUSE HE DID FLIP. GETTING WHITE GIRLED SAVED UT A WASTED SCHOLLY. So it worked out and UT was fine. We will be fine and perhaps better off without him. Not worried at all if he flips or stays.

Vandy is just full of snotty brats that think they are automatically something special because they go to Vandy. Nashville is a fun town though, so they have that going for them.
