Auburn definitely isn't RBU. But they have had some good RBs throughout the years. Obviously Bo Jackson, Ronnie Brown, and Carnell Williams. But there are some others that had good careers and some that are still playing at a decent level in the NFL. Rudi Johnson and Stephen Davis went to The Barn. Brandon Jacobs was at Auburn. Kenny Irons was a good RB at Auburn and Ben Tate. Pretty solid group of RBs from the last few years and then Bo is just on another level. But they still aren't RBU by any means.
Flowd I gave them three don't give them anything else. Make Auburn fans think. Most don't know they were the first ever school that's in the SEC to win the national championship(no they weren't in the SEC but they won one first). Most Auburn fans don't even know they're history.
A friend of Tyshon was gonna bring him up to Junior Day on March 3. So he called the AD office to let them know Tyshon was coming and they told him well he wasnt on the invite list and that his recruiter will invite him because this was an invite only junior day. Thats something you dont say to a recruit of his caliber you say hold on Ill let you talk to someone.
And, quite frankly, if that was indeed how it all went down, I wouldn't blame Mr. Dye at all for saying "So long, suckers," to UT. Hopefully this will be repaired and in a hurry, but may be beyond fixable now.
Yeah I didnt like it when i heard it either I believe they at least should of put him on hold an inquired a coach

Orange Venom, you think this was just some knucklehead underling in the Athletic Dept. that didn't know any better or someone who ought to have known to have put him through to a coach or go ahead and sign him on for Junior Day? If it was a knucklehead, Dooley himself ought to get on the phone and call Tyshon personally to invite him up for March 3.
Seems reasonable to me. If it is indeed invite only and he did not have an invite, the lady who answered the phone was right. I think it's on the coaches if he did not have an invite. We may not know the whole story either. Maybe he was asked if he wanted to come and he said he could not at some point. Maybe his schedule opened up now and he was trying to get an invite. I would think if that was the case, a coach would have called him back.
The coaches need to get on the ball here...he is a very good RB
I am sure the coaches know what they are doing. If they chose not to invite the kid, maybe they have a reason. We as fans never know what is going on behind closed doors. Remember the Vonn Bell crowd yelling for the coaches to do their job? "The kid is waiting by the phone to commit". It's been a couple weeks and the kid always planned on playing the recruiting game. People got all bent out of shape for nothing.
