But I'm sure they think they're helping by putting that crap up on the Rock. It's such a shortsighted approach to venting frustrations. We're giving other coaches more ammunition to use against us...

Our brilliant fans are sick of losing. How else can they vent about the garbage they see.

And our AD is not doing his job. If he had a clue, he would have fired Dooley already.

KO coverage is good, ko return game is very good. Only thing bad on this team is defense imo. Sal should have schemed what the talent would aloow him to, that was Wilcoxs approach. Wilcox didnt have very much of his schemes implemented because lack of depth/talent at spots.

Even though I thought we could do better, I never like Wilcox and Sirmon leaving. Really bummed me out bc our D was solid last year given the little depth and the time they were on the field every game. He was definitely the best coach on staff last year. And to think he had hardly any of his schemes in! Maybe he could do it in the SEC...

How else could they vent their frustrations? Yeah, I guess you are right the only way is to mock the coach in a setting so public that it makes it on to ESPN for all to see.

Regarding Hart, you have no idea what is going on behind the scenes apparently

People still making excuses. Next year will be the most apathetic UT fanbase in history if this crusty band-aid isn't ripped off.

I have to be honest, I'm tempted to stay home next year and we've had season tix for over 25 years. I'll always be a Vol fan but I can't watch them slowly kill the program any more.

The past two weeks I've had less interest in Vol football than ever in me life. My buddies are calling me saying the Vols are on and I'm walking outside raking leaves or something. I turned from Saturday's game after watching about 3 plays. I'm Done with Dooley.........

Honestly, I'm depressed. I realized it yesterday afternoon. I guess I'm going to have to stop posting and following UT so close. I keep getting on here hoping that something positive will break loose. It's torture. This program was a top 5 national power for decades and now we're a basketball school. Go figure.

The only problem with that is if you get another guy who isn't an absolute proven HC, next year starts off with two butt whoopins and the fan base is right back where they are now and you still have a half empty stadium for the last half of the season. If(when) Bray, Hunter and Patterson leave it looks like 5+ losses next year even if the reanimated corpse of Bear Bryant comes back to coach them.

I will say Skeeter just completely crushed my week, tho.

I sure don't. UT football has become a sick sad joke. I never thought I would see the day where our stadium looked like a ghost town on homecoming. Change has to come.

I haven't missed a game in years, but I chose not to go to Troy, and I will not go to any of the games left on the schedule. Some say that the Troy game was exciting, but for me it was hard to watch. It was prolly the most frustrated I have ever felt after a win in my life. I have always wanted Dooley to succeed here, but now I am pretty much over this season and I can't help but to feel that things are not going to get better anytime soon. And if something doesn't drastically change, I will not give a damn about next season either. I am like BB at this point I'd rather be raking leaves then watch this team.

I still want to see Charlie Strong as the next coach here since Gruden is a dream. The powers that be don't care about the football program so I say they can just go fook themselves.

This. It was the opposite of exciting. It sucked monkey balls. I've never been so angry. We looked terrible.

it doesnt matter what i think. the question is who will replace him. As of right now, no coach worth a darn wants to come here, just like when Dooley took the job. why take a chance on someone unproven and start all over again. if a few things get changed in the next year maybe a proven coach will come in and take the job and have a decent roster to start with. Ill go on record and say i want nothing to do with Smart, its not that i doubt his coaching ability. If Smart were to be hired this year and shows he can coach, he will bolt to UGA if they ever come calling.
