Word was that RK is what...too big, not fast enough? C'mon! Guess the same would have been said about Tiny. Ha! SMH. CBJ and staff just flat out dropped the ball here. When I look at who we've pursued /offered in the time since I just laugh at "too big" "not fast enough" "doesn't fit the system" Ridiculous to let this type talent slip through your fingers.

While I agree with you as far as your evaluation, I think it has more to do with lack of time, holding a recruiting class together with a coaching change, and spending as much time with some big names at positions of need. You would blow a day and a half at least in travel time to go to Hawaii to see one kid.:hi:

I think we have added some great talent on the OL in this class. I do think RK should have been a part of the class. It is what it is.

Pre-RK, yes. Post-RK, definitely happy to see CBJ pursue Morris, but Clay Kondolo, Swain, ..., equal to or better than Koehler ... no.

Seemed to be mutual because Wiesman was always in the bag with CBJ. Interesting to note the last staff liked Wiesman over Morris and Koehler at camp.

I actually like Kondolo, but not quite as much as Koehler. Swain is being recruited as a DT so he does not play into it. Always liked Morris and will always side with the in state kid if of similar talent. Clay was a guy I never liked at all. Never understood him even visiting here.

I'm certainly a fan of Reeve's --- definitely a take. Recruited as an OG, but I think he'd make a good center as well.
