I came in here to share what I feel is respectable to Carr and the person that told me. I was told what I was in confidence and I won't post those comments on here.
I understand what VolunteerLane is talking about. Same thing happened to me on the BB forum when I quoted family members of Austin Nichols saying he would not come to UT. All hell broke loose from the posters, calling me racist, negavol, etc.
Very hard to post anything negative on these forums without being chastised and ridiculed.
I agree with jave36 it's the way a select few say things on here just to insinuate they know things that others don't know. Jason "the beast" Carr is already committed to UT and he has been nothing but positive on UT since the day CBJ was hired. If your "source" said anything that made you believe Jason would be a Vol on signing day why would that be said in confidence? All you are doing is taking common knowledge (sense) and twisting the words a little to make it sound like you know more then others. I posted before the visit that Jason Carr was 90%+ a Vol and I didn't need to claim a source or that some little birdie whispered it to me in confidence. All anyone needed to do was listen to what JC has said himself to know he would be a Vol on nsd. It's obvious posts like yours are just an attempt to make yourself feel important. Sad that there are so many gullible people out there that continue stroke the ego's of people like you.
Iirc Carr had mentioned possibly taking other visits after this one if he left having doubts about his decision.
I know. I was just talking about these people ripping volunteerlane for not telling the board everything he knows.
