'13 TN DE Jason Carr (UT signee)

Carr is a lock to be in the Top 250. He and Ramsey will be the Top 2 prospects in the state next year.

My guess is there are 5-6 in the Rivals 250 tomorrow. I'll go with Carr, Ramsey, Elder, Herron, Sanders and either Dodson or Walker Jones.

Don't wanna look forward to this class so fast, I wanna enjoy all the wins in 2012. Although, the 2013 looks nasty. If we can pull most of the top TN talent, wow.

This guy will be a monster and should have a very high post count before it is all said and done. :)

I think the weekend Carr committed to UT, Carr was quoted as saying Alabama was very close to offering. So I wouldn't doubt it at all if they pull the trigger quickly.

Frankly I don't care who offers our guys these days. I think the new staff is light years ahead of the old staff when it comes to recruiting.

Did Alabama offer him today? Saw on another website that Bama offered one of our 2013 commits?

I don't think we have a problem keeping him if we start winning games this year.

Always good to see the In-state talent stay close to home. (even though they are opposite sides of the state.) I think it says alot about Dooley and the staff knowing how important it is to keep these guys In-state.

Barton Simmons saw Carr play basketball the other night, he said Carr is every bit of 6'6 267lbs. He also said that Carr will visit some schools during the season & that if we have some coaching stability then Carr is solid but if Dooley is gone then Carr will look around at other schools.
