UCLA may promise early PT as a true FR but I seriously doubt they can deliver it. UCLA's OL is very young. They signed (5) guys on the OL in 2012. They have (7) guys for the OL committed in this class. I would think with UT losing most of our starting OL next year to the draft, we would offer PT sooner.
